We went to Verizon about a home internet service and the young lady was very helpful. It all had to be done via telephone. We sat at a table and the young lady sat with us to make sure it all went well. The Verizon lady on the telephone was extremely helpful and helped us to get our services adjusted and called us back a week later to complete the process and see how things are going.

Jackie and Jesus were awesome. I ran into a few issues when I bought my family and I some phones. When I went back to figure out the issues, Jackie stepped up and diffused all my problems and questions. She was so helpful and nice that I even bought more stuff. Jackie is just so awesome ???

Dropped by this location to purchase a phone charger. They had the charger in stock but I could not purchase it unless I waited until they had an a free employee.Sounds completely legit. Only problem is they were all with phone plan customers and had more customers waiting on them. They had Zero employees helping customers with accessories or any other business.So you can walk in there and have to sit and chill for half an hour before being helped at all?Yea, no thank you.

I sent my 79 year old granny here to get a new phone because hers was having trouble, and things are always complicated with old folks and technology, so I mentally prepared myself for a headache.Big shout out to Rebecca. My granny has a new phone and knows how to use it too!

Everytime i come to this Verizon I always get wonderful service and get greeted right way, they are always on point and are understanding about everything I am asking for. Especially this young man by the name of ivan very professional and very kind/respectful I highly recommend him if you come here make sure you guys ask for him you won't regret it once again ivan thank you for always helping me out

Verizon is not honest, they give you a set amount to pay but when the bill comes in it is a totally different amount. I should have never joined them, I got my children phones to always be in contact with them and now I have to find a different provider because they are not honest. All they care for is money in this already inflated economy. Do not trust a word they say.

For all customer , for us to investigate what we like we as customer should be able to look around to see what the have to offer first before any one that works their should harass to get a sales. The second sale person was nice to ask us questions by us looking around but others would not let her help us ….. no sale no gain… have a wonderful day .

This store has the best, friendliest, and most helpful employees ever. I had not even been a customer at this store, just a Verizon customer, my phone had got stolen, and I was locked out of everything. I came in there looking for some help. Over the course of two days, the employees there worked very hard to help me get a new phone by straightening everything out for me. The first day I had Enrique helping me, he tried for hours on the phone with Verizon and Assurance, all the way up to, and probably a little beyond closing time, he almost had the problem solved. He was off the next day, didn’t know what else to do, when Rebecca volunteered to help me the next day, so I came back, Rebecca worked just as hard, and just had some amazing patience with me and the situation. As hard as these two employees worked with me, you would’ve thought I had just bought a few iPhones from them. Rebecca finally got it all squared away, and I was able to finally get my new phone. If you come to this store, ask for Rebecca or Enrique, if they can’t help you, nobody can, thankyou guys so much!!

Worst customer service . One of the guys attended me as a first time Verizon customer yesterday afternoon and through the whole start of service he kept making uncomfortable faces or kept saying I couldn’t pay with cash and card because apparently the system wasn’t working? The guy was just absolutely uncomfortable and rude for making faces and huffing and puffing the whole time . Never again . I much rather go to another store to get my services done.

I was charged 500$ for a device that was returned. When I seen it pop up on my bill I called to ask why. They said they seen the device was back in their possession and that I wouldn't be charged. They assured me they would take care of it. Mind you... im on auto pay and make my payments every month for over 3 years. Sure enough they charged me. Now It seems impossible to get my money back! No one can help me. This store said they couldn't help me... gave me a number to call. Everytime I talk to someone they can't help me either. It's been outrageous they can't just refund my money as fast as they took it! About to hit half way through the month and still no luck with my money.so please beware if you are on auto pay. Verizon is very careless when you trust them with something important like your bank account.
