After a 45 minute wait with Consumer Cellular customer services just to port my number over, Christian did an amazing job with our service. I am a Verizon customer. Thank you Donte as well.

This is the second Verizon store I have been to today. My first experience was at the FM 1960 location where I was met with hostility and out right unprofessional behavior. I immediately left and came to this location, when I walked in I was greeted by sales representative Christian who was welcoming, supportive, and graciously answered any and all questions I had. After experiencing such a 180 between both store, this is the only Verizon store I will go to moving forward. I STRONGLY recommend coming to only this store even if it is a little further.

Horrible custom service. I have been with Verizon 20 plus years and never experienced a bad experience like this. This store cancelled my online order without any notification. This store refused to help stating that I would have to call customer service. I wont recommend no one to shop at this location .

Ms. Phillips was excellent. I walked in the store incredibly frustrated by dealing with the flooding in East Texas and a phone issue at the same time. On Sunday night I called Verizon and was placed on hold and then the phone hung up saying to call back during regular business hours. When I met Ms. Phillips she was polite and courteous and told me she would take care of me. I told her I was a 17 years Verizon customer and a old man. She listened to me and within ten minutes she had resolved my texting problem and created a Happy Customer. Verizon should evaluate her employee profile and promote her to the training division. It is my position Verizon is not meeting customer expectations.

DONT GO HERE THEY ARE NOT ACTUAL ‼️VERIZON STORE ‼️ they are authorize retailer and have their own made up fees I promise I went to actual Verizon store on FM 1960 and west lake houston to find out myself 04/13/2024 around 4pm walk in the store to do upgrade sales rep “MICHAEL” tried to help us during the process we are told there is a “$50” mandatory phone setup fee in store I politely said we don’t wanna setup cuz data transfer will take sometime and we wasn’t planning to spend all this time but end up agreeing to wait, signed the digital contract and he said your total is $222.18 and all I said I wanna see the breakdown and “HE REPLIED I AM DONE I DONT WANNA DEAL WITH YOU” WHAT ❓I honestly walked out with my phone disconnected cuz he switch the service expecting me to apologize cuz I be phoneless and by now is 4:50pm Sunday but I am so furious at this point I don’t care I went to Verizon actual store phone less for me to find out that he made me sign the contract so only that store or customer service are the only one who can reverse the transaction I am still phone less will call customer service tomorrow (they closed on Sunday) to revert this whole mess using my sons phone to right this review and I never leave reviews BUT one still have me livid “MICHAEL” ready wanted me to apologize cuz he knew my service had switch to the new phone so I had no choice but I didn’t and the reason I asked for breakdown I was purchasing 15 promax white 512gb and only thing I suppose to pay is taxes “$115” and “$50 setup fee” which is a made up fee which he said all Verizon store charges that “LIE” I verified it’s not mandatory and it’s $29.99 if you really need their help to setup your phone my total was $222.18 and from my calculation it should be $115 taxes + $50 setup fees doesn’t add up to $222
