The only store anywhere near me with the phone I wanted, Pixel, in stock. Quiet store, only one employee, lucky me, no one ahead but two after me waited a LONG time. Agent didn't do to our accounts what he said he did, and phone didn't activate at home, as he said, until we spent 3.5 hours on the phone with Verizon up to 3rd level technical support. That's my experience.

This is the 4th Verizon store I’ve visited since I moved over from AT&t. Hands down the easiest experience I’ve had. Great customer service. Timothy went the extra mile to help with my WiFi box situation, meanwhile helping other customers! Big applause for making everyone feel like a priority.

We went in to get help switching over a new phone, the rep was assisting another customer which was not a problem I am willing to wait they were there first. After about 25 min. another customer came in and wanted to buy a new phone, so the rep started asking him about the phone he wanted model, type, color .... rather than just finishing with the current customer. He was acting like he would just help him real quickly As a result we left an wouldn't recommend using this store

I worked with Sammy, the Verizon representative to get a new phone up and working. Sammy was very knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. The task was accomplished, and at my request, Sammy explained the whole process. It was pleasure working with him.

This Verizon is an authorized center and it is small but looks nice when you walk in. The reason for the low review is they have one person working on a Saturday when they are busy. They clearly don’t want to pay anyone to be there but I was 3rd in line and waited 20 min and left and the line was not moving. Not a good look when you make people wait. Also most Verizon’s I have been have a way to check in, not this one maybe because it’s not an actual Verizon retail store but the authorized center. Won’t be back.
