I had a fantastic experience at this store 2 weeks ago, thanks to William and Jonathan they were able to help me fix my phone. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Their customer service was top-notch, and it was always a pleasure working with them. It's a shame William is no longer with the company, but his dedication and professionalism left a lasting impression for me.
