Redesya was absolutely amazing. I came in RIGHT when the store opened and was able to be assisted. I didn’t know any passwords and have never had to get a new phone and was able to problem solve through all the issues in a timely manner.

Worse experience ever. After messing up my account when I was in the store today to pay my device in full to cancel mi line, the rep no even told me the amount, he charges me for the full amount plus my bill, I confirm with customer service that they over charge me $117 that customer service was able to refund me. When I asked for my receipt the rep told me that I'll receive it in my email but the link was not working, I asked him to print it for me and he said to call customer service, I called as directed and customer service told me they are able to print it in the store, I went back with customer service in the line and they asked me why I need my receipt, I told them I need to sell it and they said that if people need proof then they don't trust me or they think I'm a Liar, so unprofessional and Thief, they send me to a corporate location, they told me if the phone said "no sim restrictions " it is because is playoff" when the true is that verizon phone said "no sim restrictions " always for iphones at leastmy phone did since day 1. They lied to me and didn't give me my receipt. It has been a while since I experienced such bad customer service and tricky way to take your money. I asked for a supervisor or manager, and both rep told me there is no manager available for me. I told them if I could let my contact information so someone could reach out to me, they said no.Hopefully, uper management can read this and do something. The lady that assisted me through customer service told me she will file a complaint report to the store, she was in the line all the time and she apologized in the name of verizon for the way they treated me. I keeped my calm and didn't raise my voice. Some people call police if they don't receive a receipt after a purchase, and I didn't, but I was tented to do it.
