Very helpful and got me exactly what I was looking for! Got myself an upgraded phone line, iPhone 16 which was covered with my trade-in, and accommodated for the wait.
I think it could be a bit more organized in terms of some customers required less time for their needs, but was held up by other customers. Totally understandable though cause some customers would complain about being ahead of someone. Can’t please everyone lol

Absolutely terrible experience; glad I’m leaving Verizon.
Visited in the afternoon on June 39, 2024. Doors were locked during business hours. A male employee unlocked the door and let me in. He mumbled something to me a couple of times with glazed eyes.
He was with another customer, so I worked with a female employee. She was apathetic, seemed annoyed when I asked to input my PIN into her tablet (rather than say it aloud (obvious security issue)), and was on her phone any time there was more than 3 seconds of loading on her work tablet. She was disinterested in helping me and ultimately told me to just call Verizon customer service.
At one point, the male employee went to the back room and came back out, walking right by me. Personal opinions aside, he reeked of weed.
Overall, terribly unprofessional employees who were a bad representation of the company.

One of the employees LIED to us about the 5G home internet. AND, they charged me for 3 ….. 3 home internets when we only had purchased 1. But, HE LIED. I don’t remember his name. But he lied.

My sales person was very knowledgeable and set my cellular phone service up rather quickly. She explained all the different plans.
