I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with this service carrier. Despite multiple attempts to set up autopay by providing my card information in-store and being assured by staff that it was successfully activated, it never was. As a result, I’ve been repeatedly charged $500–$600 each month in overdue fees.
Additionally, the customer service at this location has been unreliable. On several occasions, I was given inaccurate or misleading information, which only added to the frustration. I expected better communication and accountability from both the staff and the company as a whole.

The customer support staff is top-notch! We've been here numerous times over the years. Each visit resulted in a positive outcome.
I don't know how Verizon finds such great people but I'm so glad they do.

Employees beyond lazy. Came in to buy fold 7 ask how much id get for s22 ultra on trade in. He had no desire to look. Walked out drove to AT&T canceled my verizon.

For some reason they dont like to fill orders placed after 5 pm even though they close at 8, this is the second time in the past couple months I have to wait to pick up my phone. Can't take more than a few minutes take care of....ridiculous.

My husband James Alton Thompson Jr identity hacked me thru the Verizon family plan and when I called to report this they told me to hire a lawyer . Wait what ?!

Worst experience ever. Around two/three months ago we moved from another carrier to Verizon. We got the SAMSUNG GALAXY S25 Ultra from this store for my mother in law and my husband and I ported our very own device. The sales Rep Eric was the one attending us that day. When making the final adjustments to change he told us our monthly payment would be set to be the same, he even wrote down on a piece of paper which we still have, however when the first billing cycle came around that wasn’t the case. He lied to our face and said the $19 Insurance was the only one they had and would give us a discount if added otherwise our initial payment would be very high for some reason, he also added $10 hotspot which I don’t even use which was supposed to be a “perk” that would give me another discount. He said that the S25 Ultra had to be put on the highest plan to give the discount which was proven false by another Sales Representative latter on. My first billing cycle was showing of $450 because discount were not applied. I reached out to him asking questions regarding this insane price and he told me he would get back to me but he never did so in consequence I had to go to the store myself and deal with the problem. Another kind rep was able to help me and put the discounts in the account but the total was still higher than I had expected and Eric had told us. A few days ago we went back to store ready to port out because our bill was once again sky high and there was nothing they could do at the moment even if we ported out the balance would stay the same so we had no choice but to pay and stay otherwise my husbands credit would be hurt and I really hate the idea of that happening. Last time we came to this store the representative Joseph helped me sort out the first rep had made. I am thankful for help and support of Joseph and the female manager present that day. I don’t iniq her name as we didn’t ask but she contributed to fixing our bill and applying discounts for the upper charges we were lied about. Our bill decreased drastically which was the goal, but the initial distaste was horrible and I find if very disrespectful the lying to costumers about prices and putting unnecessary things that we don’t need in the account.

Friendly staff, I returned the IPhone 16 pro max and purchased the same phone from Apple directly better deal and no contact for 36 months.

I have been a Verizon customer for about more than 1 year and recently I went to this location to get a new Apple Watch and I was very disappointed. Well, we got the bill from the bill and it appeared that we had released a new phone along with a new line and they were charging us extra when at no time did I request a new phone. I give 0 to the service of the person who attended us. He never had my consent and added something that I never requested.
