I am amazed at the service at this Verizon store. The first day I stepped in , Jennifer who happens to be a manager checked us in and she was very courteous and kind. I did not have a phone since my phone over heat and died, but Jennifer went above and beyond to get me connected to my husband (he was at work) who was our primary account owner so that I could be added as an authorized user. Then Eric was assigned to assist me in resolving the issue but unfortunately the phone was completely dead and new phone was ordered. Eric was very professional, kind and patient.3 days down the road, I did not receive my phone due to FedEx delays. It turns out that FedEx had held my phone due to wrong address, when I contacted the store about the issue, Jennifer quickly came to my rescue and gave me two options (Store to call Fedx and update my address or give me $ towards gas if I could pick it up). I decided to pick up the phone since I was offline for over a week and couldn’t wait 1 more day for FedEx . Jennifer asked me to contact her directly in case of any challenges.Upon picking up my phone , I successfully transferred my information to the new phone except my eSIM. Shabbir was kind, professional and amazing at his job. I was able to get connected in the shortest time possible.Thanks Jennifer for being an extraordinary leader. Thanks Eric and Shabbir for the great service.Your station is highly recommended

I was trying to return 5g wireless home internet router which didn’t work at Bridgeland due to poor coverage there. Visited several stores where I was told to go to the next one. Sales person who had showed on my doorstep few days before to sell the device didn’t bother to check 5g coverage from verizon in our area and told me stories that the device could be returned to any verizon store. It seems this company is extremely disorganized and dishonest, desperate to sell its low quality equipment and services to whoever answers the door.

They talk bad about customers once you leave the store. Honestly it was crazy my sister went in the second time and I didnt go in because I knew they would say something.

Worst customer service...This is a follow up to Verizon: I've got 2 business accounts with Verizon, both have large credit limits as well as 5 or more lines on each account, but i usually am not dressed like I am the owner of 2 companies that spend close to a combined 600-800 a month on phone service but every time I go to the Copperfield location I'm made to feel like Im doing something wrong, or Im watched like a hawk and then the attitude I've gotten from the staff is horrible. I bought 2 sets of wireless earbuds to compare them and when I brought the set back I wanted to return no one could find it on my account and they actually sent me away instead of finding the problem and taking the earbuds back like they should've....they were insinuating I was trying to return stolen property instead of actually checking my account and doing their job. No I'm sorry but there's no excuse for that type of treatment.

went in to add more lines to my service plan and one of four were activated . It has been A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. MAKING ME THINK TWICE ABOUT SWITCHING. The guy that helped me out did Clearly NOTHING RIGHT . I showed up right at 6 after we realized they didn't work . Mind you we had just left the store NOT EVEN 10 mins ago !!!! How unbelievable!!!! I went up to the door and sure enough they were locked . The guy didn't want to open and I was like I was just here !! I promise ! Please help me out & he said @i can't let you back in" "once customers leave they cannot come back in " what type of CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS . THIS RUINED MY EXPERIENCE. Then he tried to redirect to call and get help. Like this is your mistake not mine. I'm not sure what's going on. RUDE PEOPLE AND TO BE THE "QUOTE ON QUOTE "Corporate office " sad customer service , do better it's sad .
