explaining my options and how the changes I was selecting, would impact my overall bill and experience.
I’m thankful to have had him work with us as we: change plans, remove device devices, added devices, filed an insurance claim, and upgraded to include Netflix and Max.

My wife and I came here to switch over her line. Jose was extremely helpful in switching her line over and helping with her phone upgrade. He gave us friendly and personable service plus he helped us save money. I would definitely recommend this store to others.

Not all photos were transferred when I switched my cellphone. That really pissed me off but nothing I can do to get them back. Then I order a phone they told me to pick up Wednesday I went and it wasn't there.

Jose Medina has done a wonderful job with getting us an upgrade on two new phones and an Apple Watch and the three year price lock guarantee. We saved $83 per month and have new phones. Jose is very competent and knowledgeable and you are very lucky to have him with your company.

I had to come in close to closing because my phone broke and needed a replacement immediately. Jose helped us out without feeling rushed. He even went thru our bill to see if there's was any thing he could do to lower it. If you need any help he's the guy!

On January 29th I traded my phone in with Manager Cynthia, she took my final bill, my father and I sat with her for hours as she said “you will get your $800 gift card via email in three months” it is now JULY and I have been back multiple times to this location just for her to act like she doesn’t know me or they tell us to call customer service, we call customer service and they tell us we must go back to the store? Or that the gift card will be sent via email which never happens! She also texted my father on January 29th after we left which is insane you can’t even do your job and you’re violating your guest by making advances at them (he never gave her his phone number she got it on her own and texted him on her personal phone number which he thought was very weird and unprofessional) I am sick of none of you doing your job and because of that my credit score and quality of life has dropped tremendously! 7 months of fake promises, phone calls to headquarters or the executive branch, even there third party company as they have stated she never processed my paper work so therefore I have to do this all myself when she should have just did her job on January 29th when we first came in. I am highly disappointed and if I do not get resolution from this company for their shortcomings I will be suing every last one of you. Thank you for your time!
