Slowest location ever. They only have ONE person working the cashier for the whole store for both sides… every time I’ve visited.

I want to give a special shout out to Egypt. She was extremely helpful while being hounded by her manager. I was able to get two comfortable and beautiful bras. Thanks so much, Egypt. I hope you have a wonderful Holiday Season!!!

Exceptionally great service! I’m not sure of her name, but there was a lady working the register at about 12:20pm. She was helping us check out at the VS side of the store, reminded us of a sale, and was also helping a customer exchange items at another register all at the same time. She was a wonderful employee, amazing work ethic. Definitely recommend.

A Saturday at 1pm in November. VS cash registers are closed, 6 worker are standing up front and only one cashier on the pink side. Management needs to get this girl help. It took 37 minutes in line. The young woman is rocking the register pulling people up to both sides and signed in on both registers but this is poorly managed.

unprofessional. I love vs, so much I applied for a job. A very low self esteem person named SARAH had the nerve to tell me I wasn’t looking for success, I am a representative for a perfume company with multi locations I am all about success. Never in my life have I been so rudely treated by any Victoria secret members.

After searching several other retail stores I decided to give Victoria’s Secret a try. I was greeted by a very sweet young lady named Keala. I told her the issues I was having and she assured me that they would do their best to find the perfect bra for me.I was sent to the dressing rooms where I was met by a wonderful lady named Ari. She took my measurements, wrote down my size for me to keep for further reference. She than gave me some bras that she thought would work. The very first one I tried on was the one. They did not have it in stock, but she called another near by store. When they did not have it either she told me they could order it for 2 day delivery.This type of costumer service is hard to come by in this post COVID world. I’d really like to acknowledge both ladies and praise Victoria’s Secret for the great job they do in promoting costumer satisfaction and friendly faces.

This was the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time I needed to find a more supportive bra and the employees were so nice and most helpful! I will definitely be back and it was about 6pm the customer service was top tier I felt so comfortable and satisfied with my purchase!❤️

The ladies working here are so polite and helpful. They always make sure to help us with the best possible things. They help us from beginning to end. And also the store is well maintained at all the time. However the sale items look very cheap quality so I stopped buying from the sale section.. but the regular ones are great quality. And their deodorants are great too.

No cashier at the check out. Hardly and sales people. This is the worst vs I have ever shopped at. Management and sales team all need to be retrained in customer service. Will not be returning to this location.

This actually worked out for me that I could not find help because the $40 I would have spent, by the time I made it to the other side of the store where the only cashier was, I'd managed to talk myself out of the purchase.

One associate said they didn't have racerbacks in stock. A second associate showed me 3 different styles of racerbacks that they did have in stock. I think they could use a little more training on their products.

The salespeople were very helpful. The young lady who assisted me, I think Ari, I hope I got her name right, was patient and amazing. A great experience.
