Village Compounding pharmacy provides exceptional customer service! The staff warmly greeted me, offered helpful advice, and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. I feel well taken care of and highly recommend them for their professional and attentive service.

Prescription was supposed to be sent by the 26th. Order it on the 19th. As of today it hasn't arrived and their phone just rings. Horrible !!!

DO NOT GO TO VILLAGE Rx. You are better off getting your meds by mail. I have only been using them a few months for compounding meds. Never again, they are slow and have every excuse (you didn’t call in time, then when it is proven I did call in time, your voicemail was full). The tone on the phone is annoyance and pestering, but I am the customer. TRULY, save your time and go to a pharmacy who is kind and enjoys their job. Do not spend your money here, unless you like monthly lectures on how to make their lives easier and the things you do wrong. Exhausting.

See the reviews? How a compounding pharmacy has only 3 stars and the reviews are how rude and arrogant the pharmacists are?! ALL TRUE. Save your time, get your medicine elsewhere. They are NOT worth it, rude and each month I get a lecture (BEFORE they are open to refilling my medicine) about how wrong I call it in. No wonder their ranking is so low- they are rude and dismissive.

First Time using Village Pharmacy and I must say Peter is very Amazing, friendly, & very informative. Peter took the time to answer all my questions and gave me so much reassurance. Peter didn’t make me feel dumb for asking several questions. I must have reached out to Peter 3 times and he didn't mind. Super helpful and very sweet gentleman. Peter gets 5 stars from me If I could rate higher I so would. Thanks Peter

I have been using Village Compounding Pharmacy for years. They compound excellent medications and hormones and provide OUTSTANDING customer service, Phil Pylant (owner) will go to any length to make sure the customer is satisfied. Very reasonable prices as well.

The pharmacist at Village Compounding was rude and arrogant. My dr. had sent in a prescription for pills to be ground into a smaller dose. I had never been to Village before and didn't know I would receive an inquisition. The pharmacist rudely asked me questions such as was I going to take the prescription! And he had no reason to ask me anything, just fill my drs. prescription. So I went elsewhere because I did not trust this rude pharmacist.

I was shopping around for a compound and came across this pharmacy. They quoted me a great price and shipped to me in California the package even came earlier than expected! Great pharmacy with great customer service. Highly recommend.
