Worst service I liked my hair cut but my hairstylist was extremely rude and rough I wouldn’t recommend going with Jennifer. She was also using another hairdressers phone to contact her husband while working on my hair! Very unprofessional in my opinion. I came on the 4th of July at 5:00pm

We had the best experience for my daughter’s haircut. It was her first haircut and she was very excited and also nervous . Mrs. Ira did a wonderful job on her haircut. She was very welcoming and friendly and made my daughter feel super special. I highly recommend her as she is very patient and caring.

I’ve always had great experiences at any Visible Changes location, but my most recent salon is Galleria. It’s very easy to get to and they have reserved parking right at the mall entrance. Everyone is so wonderful and the team member who came out to check everyone in before opening was so kind and personable greeting every customer waiting with a smile. Kudos to him! (Saturday 6/1)
