Been coming here for over 3 years every 2-3 months and when I finally asked what hair color is being used on MY OWN HAIR "we are not allowed to say what color/formula we use" ok? Thank you! Will never be back.

Worst hair cut ever. A $70.00 hair cut looks more like a $10.00 one. I believe her name is Lane. Never in my life going back to visible changes.

don't know who trains the front desk people but 9/10 times they are always rude. They pick up the phone as if we interrupted their conversation with their friends and have to pause and talk to us when it's their job. At least attempt to train the people who are the first to talk to clients. This issue has been going on for months now. None of them know how to answer the phone politely and very few know how to work the system.
Today there was a guy that gave me attitude for just rescheduling. A few months ago someone said I was going to be charged a late fee if I reschedule one more time which doesn't make sense because it was not a cancellation.

I always have a great experience here. Tammy is a true artist with her hair design and is very personable. As a guy with long hair it’s hard to find a place to feel welcomed and get a great hair cut. She’s the reason why I will continue my business at Visible Changes.

I wish I could give ZERO star. I went to this location for the very first time for the root touch up and had a terrible experience with the extremely unprofessional colorist(forgot her name). Before starting her experiment on my hair she asked me where did I usually get my hair color done and what formula they use!!! Then she told me “ I don’t know what formula they use, so I will use my formula!” The final result of her experiment on my hair turn my original hair color (that was black) into Brown. Extremely disappointed and unprofessional staff!!!
