To the gentleman and lady( I’m sorry I cant remember y’alls names) that helped me order my contacts today ( I’m the lady that came in from another location due to bad customer service) THANK YOU BOTH! You both were professional, personable and got me out very quickly! I’m very grateful for your help , maybe you two can teach the other location the correct way to treat customers!

Location is good but prices for contacts are unbelievable. The main reason I used them for contacts was to go through insurance without having to file a claim. I think it cost me about the same out of pocket to go through insurance as it would have if I ordered the contacts from another provider and didnt use insurance. And there was an issue with my prescription (which said Acuvue Oasys, even though I wear Oasys Max), so I asked them to order Acuvue Oasys Max contacts and they said no problem. They charged me extra, and I still got Acuvue Oasys contacts (with Hydralux, but not the Max’s that I have used previously and I specifically requested). I would call them to request a refund but doubt it would be worth my time as apparently they do not have a return policy on contacts.

Worst worst worst experience! I did not feel comfortable getting permanent glasses when I know the prescription is incorrect so I called to cancel the order after I got home and found my old prescription. They weren’t supposed to close for about 15 or so minutes, but no one ever answered. When I called back the next day, the woman who answered the phone gave me an attitude the entire time. She finally said she “refunded” the transaction after interrogating me why I wanted to cancel the order. Two hours later, I received a text from the store saying my order was received and they were making the glasses. I immediately call back and asked her why she didn’t cancel the order. She said she did, but couldn’t explain why I received a text saying she sent it in after it was canceled (I find out later why she was acting shady about it). Almost a week later, the money for the frames and lenses (I have never had to pay over my benefit amount… just insane that they charge so much more- glasses and lenses came out to almost $600) was refunded back to my credit card. Three weeks later, I go online to order contacts. I thought that would give the system ample time for the use of the insurance benefits to return from not buying the glasses. The system still said I used all of my benefits for the year. So the person who “refunded the frames” ended up pushing the order through when we got off the phone to keep my insurance benefits. Super shady business practices. That is on top of the sad selection of frames they had. Very limited color selection and it seemed like all of the rejected frame shapes end up there. You can find much better selections online- colors, shapes styles... If you want to feel comfortable using your insurance benefits without getting ripped off, don’t go into a store- just call the customer service number. You live and you learn.

I picked my frames here after my appointment next door at Master Eye Associates. Vikki helped me and she was very friendly and helpful. They have a HUGE selection of frames, which is what I was hoping for. Overall, great experience.

The woman who fitted me for glasses was highly competent, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and a great listener. She did not make me feel rushed. In a very short time, she zeroed in on the type of frame style, shape, and price range that best suited me. If I were looking for the ideal employee to service customers, I would hire here in a heartbeat.
