I went to get my glasses fixed one of the screws fell out and also needed new nose pads. They were very attentive and greeted me on the way in. They were able to help me fix them and I’m very grateful for that! ♥️

I believe the name of the person that helped me was Raquel. She did a GREAT job helping me choose a pair of frames and lenses. She made sure to carefully explained my insurance benefits and broke down all the pricing on each frame. I ended up purchasing two high end frames all from her transparency and eagerness to help.
The eye exams are done by an independent business right next door. They were a pleasure to work with as well. They are Vida Vision LLC.
I would highly recommend this place for anyone that wants a pain free process of purchasing your new pair of glasses.

I tried to go in at 6:25P to ask a question but the doors were locked. What’s the point of having a sign that says you close at 6:30 but lock the doors before then?

Sorry I forgot her name; however the young lady who assisted me was so humble and pleasant. Despite the circumstances of Hurricane Beryl and displacement of the residents and the impact on the city her spirits did not reflect her situation of being without electricity and water necessary municipalities. I hope this message is shared with her general and immediate manager she needs to commended socially and financially. It's many young adults these days that don't take advantage of their employment opportunities to soar and succeed. This young lady displayed her gratitude in the service she rendered to me. Thank you on your decision of candidacy. This was at The Pearland location not Gulfgate.

Purchased glasses that another optometrist had prescribed. My vision was still impaired. Went to a different optometrist got a different prescription and went back to Visionworks. The employee was awesome. Showed me how the prescription was differed, ordered the new glasses prescription for the frames used in the prior prescription. I will always trust and use Visionworks as my eyewear provider.
