I visited Vision Works Commons on 1960 back in March for my annual eye exam and contact lens prescription. Before the exam began, I clearly informed the optometrist Dr. Davis that I’ve been wearing the same colored contacts for years and would like to continue doing so. Despite this, she tried to pressure me into switching to clear lenses, which I declined. I told her that if she couldn’t prescribe colored contacts, I’d rather leave. She assured me that she could write a prescription for colored lenses and gave me a sample trial pair, stating she would follow up with me within a week.
It has now been over three months, and I never received any follow-up. I recently went back to request my prescription, only to be told by the office next door that I couldn’t get colored lenses. This contradicts what I was promised. My insurance has already been charged, yet I haven’t received the prescription I asked for, or any communication at all.
This experience has been very disappointing. It feels like patient care is not a priority, and I’m left with the impression that the focus is more on billing insurance than actually helping patients. I found the lack of professionalism and follow-through unacceptable. Overall front desk was very nice and helpful… But Dr. Davis brought the overall rating down to 1 ⭐️!!!!

Vision Works has been my preferred place to go for glasses and contacts. A few days ago my husband glasses broke and it was a good thing he put and extra coverage on his glasses . This allowed him to go in a pick another pair while the others were be replaced. I thank the associates Thaddeus for assisting us .He was very compassionate and courteous and helping us.

Had an emergency. Another eye dr.'s office staff had done a very poor job of putting in new lenses into my current frames. They essentially introduced cracks and the frame eventually broke. I found my backup pair of frames, while older, were intact. Brought the older frame, the newer broken frame and the new lenses to Visionworks. Jessica looked over everything and told me that she was hesistant as it was possible that the old frames may break...but I was out of options, and told her to proceed anyways. The woman made a miracle happen and got the new lenses transfered into the older frames.
Y'all got a new customer. I'll be back. Kudos to Jessica. Sandra - GM, you buy that woman some lunch!

Simple check-in process; zero wait time for appointment; pleasant staff; superb Dr. I've been a patient of Dr Sharon's for nearly 10 yrs and plan to continue seeing her for as long as my eyes function in this life. She is kind, caring and precise in getting the right prescription. Get an appointment and you'll see for yourself...pun intended 😉.

Nice place, staff is frghe is very very good.she took her time and made you feel important. At this time no glasses selection that works for me, sales lady isnt very good.trys to sale you something you dont want. I talked to the lady at the front to ask her for my perscription, she blew me off as she answered the phone, when she got off the phone she ask what i needed i said nothing now then her reply was your the one with the problem. I then spoke to the manager Dennis, who is a very good manager. He took care of my needs as a professinal. Thanks Dennis.

They are so helpful there! Brendon was so kind. I previously bought glasses there but I sat on them, I took them to get them adjusted and he came straight to us worked on them right there, got them perfect and charged us nothing! ?

Associate was very knowledgeable Washington being one and very friendly. He was willing to help me pick out frames that looked good on my face. He explained my insurance benefits and helped me make an informed decision about what type of glasses and Friends to buy. How was there May 15, 2024.
