I can’t say enough good things about Vive Auto. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. My car looks brand new — every inch of it sparkles inside and out. They paid close attention to the small details most people would overlook, and it really shows in the final result. My matte wrap is amazing, I get compliments everyday.
Booking was easy, communication was great, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the service. You can tell Thao and the Vive staff truly take pride in their work.

I've taken my personal BM, W, and we had a few quirks, and the company made it right. We redid the seat with the coloring, and they took it back in and redid it. And now it's perfect excellent job

Thao and his team did an AMAZING job on my Range Rover. They performed a full front PPF and applied a ceramic coating, which made the car look better than brand new. Not only did they do a good job, but Thao checked in with me multiple times to ask how everything was, and after I paid for the PPF and ceramic coating, they gave me a care package with some expensive products that I didn't ask for and told me how to wash and care for the car properly afterward.
I wouldn't trust any dealership to give the level of service that Vive Auto gave me. Thank you all so much for taking care of my car and doing such an outstanding, thoughtful job!

When I purchased my G90c I immediately got the front wrapped in protective film. Totally paid off. I turned in to quickly and hit a large planter pot. It looks as if the matte paint finish beneath was damaged — but the film completely protected the paint beneath. 5⭐️

First class establishment. I have a 2019 Volvo v90 and my vehicle is still treated as if it’s one of the super cars they service regularly. I purchased the front end ppf and modesta ceramic coating (highly recommend) and about two years in we noticed during a maintenance wash there was a manufacturer issue with the ppf. The crew expedited replacing everything with an issue and gave me a loaner vehicle without hesitation. Highest quality work and professionalism 10/10

On Sep 3rd I reached out and spoke with Thao. I explained that both of my Cybertruck cant rails needed to be wrapped. I received a $499 quote to have the cant rails wrapped via text. I made an appointment for Tuesday morning on Sep 23rd. I headed to the shop on the morning of Sep 23rd and sent a text to verify the appointment. I was told the PPF was not in stock. Thao apologized for the mistake and said he would follow up. About a week goes by and no follow-up. I send a text and scheduled an appointment for Oct 11th. I showed up at the shop and was told that I was only quoted for 1 cant rail. I then was told that I need to take responsibility for the mistake made by Thao. I opened the text that clearly communicates that both cant rails need to be wrapped (not to mention I explained this over the phone).
Overall, a terrible experience and I would strongly recommend taking your business to another shop. Placing blame on a customer when your own text states “we can redo your cant rails” is unacceptable.
Based on my own experience, I would question the validity of these reviews.

Hands down the best place for car tinting! Angel gave me the Groupon price without even needing to purchase one, which was such a nice surprise. He did an excellent job on my SUV, and I’ll definitely be bringing all of my vehicles here from now on.
