I’ve been going here for 15+ years and have never left disappointed. The owner is amazing at what she does. This is the only nail salon I’ll go to! Sometimes there’s a wait but that just shows you how great they are at what they do.

What a disgusting place apart from the bad service. What about the man who spoke to me before? I didn't like his attitude and the next day my nail fell off and they didn't want to do it again, what a bad service, luwgo there are cockroaches

I love Voss nails everyone is so nice and professional. I have been going here for years. The owner is very transparent she will help you reach your nail goals and always gives her honest opinion. I’m a super natural girly but she can do anything you show her. The pedicures are always good overall great experience for me every single time. Check them out!

Twin (the Owner) is lovely. Speaks beautiful English and always does a professional job. The salon is clean and associates are friendly and smiling.

very good job, I recommend this salon, I have done work in others, but since I came to this, I have not changed it, all the products are good brands, the paint girls, I really recommend this salon. Súper recomendable chicas buen precio de arreglos y muy buen trabajo

I am LAUGHING at miss "F E R K A 's" review bc it is so far removed from what actually transpired. I was there to get a mani pedi and polish (which turned out great btw! Please give them a try, my tech was so nice) but I wish I had popcorn with me while I was witnessing this adult meltdown. It was such a scene, I don't think there was anyone there who didn't hear all that was going on. From the start she was very nitpicky about how her nails were filed instead of trusting trained experts. She SNATCHED the nail file out of that tech's hands and filed her own nail. ? Now why did you come to a salon if you thought you could do better? I don't know. Then after going back and forth between several different base color changes, when they told her she filed it down in a way that they couldn't do the shape for the French nails that she wanted, she LIED and blamed it on the tech. Smh. ?♀️ the owner T who saw and heard it all called her out on it and she got pouty so they finished her polish and she paid and left. We thought thank God - but it wasn't the end! She came back and demanded they remove it and refund her. They told her they can't refund bc the service was done (umm they were doing your nails for 2 hours. Their time & work is not free??). She didn't get her way and got mad, started screaming and thought pulling out her phone to record would scare them into giving her what she wanted. Even 2 other customers tried to tell her she was in the wrong but she's the type of Karen who will take down everyone around her if she doesn't get her way. Kudos to the boss lady who firmly told her they cannot refund her and that she can't film her and other clients without consent and she very calmly clicked on her phone to stop the recording. She did not say "I don't care" that was a total lie. They had to call security to escort her out and she even argued with them too. ? She threatened to post the video and give them a bad review blah blah blah. Now I don't believe it's fair to tear down a local business just because you didn't get your way FERKA, so I rushed here and lo and behold. There you were yapping away, lies and all. ? I felt it in me to help this poor salon set the record straight. Miss FERKA if you want it your way, go to burger king. But if anything, thanks for the entertainment! Hope I never have to run into you again on my self care days, thanks! (But really, this is a nice little salon and they didn't deserve that nightmare of customer! The entitlement is WILD.)

I visit this nail salon twice a year because Nina is spectacular and she works well and is very respectful while working with the customer. Nina never laughs at the customers like the rest of them do all the time. This lady named T worked on my nails while Nina worked on my toes and I asked T politely that she was leaving flyaways on my nails and that my French manicure was looking too thick. I paid for the service and when I stepped outside I saw my manicure with file reside and flyaways, decided to go back inside and asked to be removed because I was not happy with the service I paid for to which she replied “I don’t care about you as a customer” stated to record and she shut since it was going to be on record.
PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS NAIL SALON AND IF YOU EVER HAD A BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE RATE THIS PLACE to be heard and pass the word around.
Let me not forget to mention she over charged me!

Never even got to book an appointment Nina working the phone is very unwelcoming I asked to make an appointment she told me that wasn't an option that was fine walk in only I then told her I have never been to this location before is there anyone in right now who might be able to do a good square shape she said it depends on your perspective very ugly attitude I strongly suggest spending your hard earned money else where

Requested manicure w/ fullset & pedicure pedicure was halfway decent & the nail tech a man started to put the powder on heavily to one side so I politely let him know it would make my nails uneven towards the end & that it didn't need so much he completely wiped it off then refused to finish my nails then he told me the owner/first chair would do it then she came by with a attitude & let me Know I made him nervous & that he won't do them & that if I want to wait for her she has two people in front of me even though they came in after & her nail tech messed up & could not do what I desire SMH TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PLACE !!!! Don't not recommend

Did a gel/acrylic overlay + cuticle care. They always do stunning work and I think the prices are fair. I'm used to paying $75-80 per pedis or manis, but this place is much more in my budget. The first manicure here wasn't that great tbh, but I came back, told them about my previous experience and gave them another shot. I'm so glad I did because they took care of it! Ask for Trin for nails, Helen for pedis (recommended)
