The pharmacy's customer service is terrible. The reviews speak for themselves. These people give misinformation and literally do not care how they're inconveniencing their customers.

Horrible customer service. The pharmacy staff was extremely rude and argumentative and aggressive. No reason picking up a prescription should ever turn into a verbal attack.

Scheduled 9:30am appt to get a shot, nurse doesn't even show up until 10:00am. Had to reschedule appointment. If your nurse isn't coming in until a certain time, try not having time slots open before that for customers to book. Very unprofessional.

Customer service at this location is terrible. Drive-through has two lanes and it appears they only can work one lane at a time while one. Customer is fumbling define what they looking for. They do not even try to assist the other lane which might be just a quick pick up. This location need more training and a more professional staff.

Good location staff is usually nice and helpful. Lower rating just because I saw them trying to sell expired food products (almost two months past date). Just go to H‑E‑B across the street. They're open just as late if you need a few quick things.

Got to the pharmacy just in time for them to close for lunch and not even bother to look up whether they had an item in stock, so I couldn't even make an informed decision about whether to come back later. Thanks for wasting my time.

Went through drive thru pickup for prescription. Service was quick and accurate. Employee was very nice and helpful. Out of insulin but not their fault.

Worst Pharmacy in Houston. Unpleasant and rude pharmacist and employees. Always a pain getting your prescriptions filled correctly if they have what you need in stock. They never notify you when your prescriptions are ready like they say they will. The drive thru window speaker hasn't worked in a long time and you can never hear what they are saying to you thru the drawer. Just always frustrating to go there. So we switched to a different pharmacy.

I’ve always used Walgreens as my pharmacy, but due to several terrible experiences over the last few months, we plan on switching. This location is obviously short staffed, disorganized and is very slow with poor customer service and an inability to stock medications as a result. The past 3 times we have needed medicine for our baby, it has been out of stock and required multiple phone calls (some of which we wait for 20-30 min, are put on hold over & over without communication, then are disconnected), multiple visits (times we are told it’s ready and arrive to be told it’s out of stock), or play phone tag with our doctor to try to find alternatives to their original prescription. I’ve also waited at the location after the prescription “is ready” for 20min+ in the drive thru with no communication and then was finally handed the medicine with no instructions, explanation for why it took so long - not a “goodbye” or one word. Iron supplements for our baby took over a week to get. This week, his antibiotic for an ongoing ear infection took 3 days along with several of the communication issues listed above. It’s heartbreaking to go through that with your sick baby, not just once but MULTIPLE times, and is just not acceptable. I feel for the overworked pharmacist and sincerely hope some sort of change happens here.

Mismanaged and staff is rude. Will not be returning to this pharmacy! Needed pneumonia meds and clarified with the tech that I was receiving everything I needed; she said yes, turns out she was wrong. I missed out on an antibiotic for a whole day because she lied to me and then proceeded to get into an argument with me over their own mistake.
