They are some people people who help my only issue was when I went to pick up my Mom's medicine the 6 went from $60 to $440 I knew that wasn't on them but still we got the most important one down to like $40 the rest weren't needed thankfully

Arrived at 7:15pm to pick up medication. Pharmacist had left at 7pm. The employee at the check out register said he leaves at 7pm everyday. Maybe should update your hours.

Went to pick up a new prescription. It was $150. The pharmacist said she had a coupon for me. My cost went down to $20. Cha-ching!

Rude and unhelpful pharmacy staff. There's a shortage on my medication so I have been calling around to different pharmacies to find where it was available and so I would know where to have my prescription sent. When I asked about inventory they refused to help me and made it out like I was some sort of criminal.The next walgreens I called was willing to give me the information I was asking for, but the people at this one made it out like it was illegal or something. Go figure.

This Pharmacy is often a ghost town of both personnel and medications. However, if you do find someone they are usually quite knowledgeable. May the odds be ever in your favor.

I have been a Walgreens customer for almost 30 years and have been to a number of Walgreens stores. My experience at 5202 Almeda, Houston store's pharmacy not only cost me $50 but has soured me on Walgreens all together. I will not be patronizing Walgreens any more.The pharmacy staff are not friendly, hardly ever helpful, infrequently smile but I tolerated it because the location was convenient. After they took me for $50 by not using a coupon my Dr. sent with the Rx order, I escalated the issue to their regional office with no response or resolution.I do not know Walgreen's policy, but when you pick up your Rx, ask if your Dr attached a coupon and ask if they ran it. They will not do so unless you ask. Some times the coupon deal is better than insurance. But I highly recommend just finding a pharmacy that truly looks out for their customers and will try to save them money at a time when a carton of eggs is $4.

Doctor sent prescription at 10 am; I know this location always takes a long time so I wait until 3 pm to pick up ... after five hours prescriptions "not ready" ... drive thru is a joke be prepared to spend at least 30 minutes getting prescriptions here.

Another horrible experience at this pharmacy. Rx called in on Thursday . Wasn't ready on Friday afternoon. I had a personal guarantee from the pharmacist it would be ready by Friday evening. When I went by Saturday afternoon, I was told it wasn't ready ....with no good reason. Somehow they got it ready in 15 minutes. They tells you how much time it really takes to get a bunch of pills put in a smaller bottle from a big bottle. Terrible terrible terrible work ethic.

The pharmacy is always understaffed and it takes an act of god for someone to answer the phone. I would love tongues a different location but this is the closest for me but if you want to keep your sanity don't use this pharmacy.
