Called a total of 6 times today, equivalent to almost an hour of wait time. The pharmacy would answer, ask what i need then hang up. I eventually got to a point where I wanted to speak to a manager and when I finally got one they went to check and hung up too.This is the second time this is happened at this Walgreens. It is safe to say I will never give them my time again.

Customer service was great! They went above and beyond despite being super busy! The pharmacist and techs were friendly and worked quickly. They probably should staff more people since lines are long but otherwise my experience was good overall!

They've gotten my prescription order wrong several times. On several occasions, the people behind the pharmacy counter are more interested in talking to each other than to wait on the customer.

Is it a prerequisite for every chain pharmacy to be terrible and lack any sense of customer service? Awful and moving my business elsewhere. They never answer the phone and they don't respect your time.

Horrible experiences with this location every time I have come. The pharmacy ran 30+ minutes behind on flu shots and Al would not answer questions. The photo department called me to cancel my order and never canceled the order. I tried calling and was on hold for 45+ minutes and finally had to drive to the store and ask them to cancel my order which they refused to do and would not allow me to place the order at another store and reuse my coupon since the first order was never fulfilled. They purposefully answer the phones and ask you to hold and then transfer you around and around to all departments and purposefully ignore you if you come in person and ask for help

When Walgreen Pharmacy steals your money. First, they overcharged me for my medications. I called and complained, and they asked to come back in so they could fix it. They charged me the correct amount and was supposed to void the original charge. Well, that did happen. I spoke with the manager and my bank on the phone confirming that the money was not returned to me, and the manager stated to file a claim with my bank to get my money back, and I did. It looks like Wagreen has fought this claim, so the bank will be removing the money again. So I'm at this time out of $124.

The store is okay but the pharmacy is a nightmare. Don't drop your meds off here unless you want to get it in a week.

pharmacy is the worst bad stanky as attitude Is like they hate there job!!! it's unbelievable all of them need to be fired, went in person this lady stated we have the medicine we cannot give it to you because you go to Walmart you need to be in one pharmacy only!!!! the phones they don't answer terrible they would put you on hold and they won't answer and they keep doing it until the want. worthless people!!!

I cannot believe how incompetent this Walgreens is. I just assumed all Walgreens were the same. The pharmacy department could not care less if you get your meds or not, if it takes multiple days to get a single prescription, or if you transfer to another pharmacy. I'mIn shock at how bad they are.

Obviously gave it a 1 star because I have no choice , too lazy to answer the phone , the purposely pick up the phone and you on hold . I was on hold the entire 19 min drive got there just to see them leaning on the counter and the other ASSociate was helping ONE customer in their lobby. Drive up here just to be told they have to fill the prescription and wait even longer when I a SIMPLE phone call could have sufficed . Are they not looking at the reviews? Manager must have checked out a long time ago .

It took over 50 minutes for them to process and fill 3 cars medications in the drive thru. I came to the window at 130 and they refused my service and told me to wait until they reopened at 2. They need to get a new system, employees, or manager in place to be able to handle properly processing and filling prescriptions. I refuse to wait in a line for my already filled and ready for pickup prescription for 75 minutes.

Garbage store run by garbage people who are bad at their work. Do not send prescriptions here, they will not fill it on time or correctly. Expect to hear conflicting information from different members of staff; expect phones to be answered just long enough to say ”hold please” before sending you back to hold continuously ad nauseam. This place is awful. Don’t go near it, don’t think about using it. If I could get this place shutdown I would. The worst in Houston.

Read all the other negative pharmacy reviews about this place.. they aren't lying. Was just on hold for 45 minutes waiting to get a simple yes/no question answered. When I wasn't on hold and actually talking to someone, they wouldn't even let me finish my question before putting me on hold again. Then when a man answered after 30 minutes he flat out just hung up on me instead of answering my question. After ~45 minutes I finally got my question answered but there was no resemblance of empathy or quality customer service you'd expect after being on hold for so long. And it's not like they had other calls ahead of me.. the automatic Walgreens hold queue told me when there was 1 person ahead of me, but after a few minutes I got through and obviously was put on hold by them over & over.This pharmacy is super close but I'd gladly drive 20 minutes out of the way to ensure this location (and particularly whoever works the pharmacy there) never see a dime from me again.
