Crystal Pena Is a power-hungry, Garbage pharmacist. Requested a refill, and they did nothing for two days until it was too late and I was already flying out of town. They racist af & not fully trained. I've been loading my card at this store for months. Go in with the Mexican store manager once at night. She declines to load my card as if I'm committing fraud! I see why people busting in the store.

Purchased passport pictures but they made it the wrong size! Wasted extra 45 min at a passport agency to redo them. Came back to return the pics, they didn't even apologize.

I came to get two of my daughters prescriptions and was told that the pharmacist (would have to call me in 40 minutes because she needed to be sure the dosage was adequate for the first. The second wasn't available because it needed to be compounded (no one called to say this was an issue when it was sent three days ago). I was in the drive thru and asked if the pharmacist could come to the window but that wasn't an option - pharmacist was too busy. pharmacist then called 30 minutes later to say the prescription was ready with no explanation. I appreciate the safeguards but a bit of customer service from the pharmacist or team would've been helpful.

While I lived in Houston, I used this Walgreens for all of my prescriptions and vaccinations. The pharmacists always patiently and thoroughly answered my questions, even when they were clearly busy. They always got things done for me quickly. I can't say anything bad about them. I appreciate all of their help over the past few years!

I asked for some advice on eye drops. The pharmacist was either aggressively incompetent or simply unable to muster up the energy to do the bare minimum. If any of you out there can’t get enough of unresponsive/incompetent automated responses, the human version works here. Decided to just gouge my eye out and leave.

The pharmacy staff and the cashiers are knowledgeable and super friendly. My issue is with the store's food pantry. I don't know where they store their inventory but everything frozen I have ever purchased there looks like it thawed and refroze/solidified. Ice cream, pizzas....even the candy. I pick up stuff there for the office often and in the last six months everything I've purchased with chocolate - cookies, candy, even Halloween and Christmas candy - the chocolate was melted and solidified or it bloomed. I got a store credit each time but seriously, unless you're picking up a drink, chips or something canned I would avoid getting food there.

Do not go and do any photos the manager Stephanie is so rude and pictures came out so bad on wood. Set it up on line then online notification said it was ready went to pick it up. Stephanie says it is not ready and I have other things to do. So come back next day. The photos were horrible ask her to redo it she got upset started helping other customers. Then come back a third time and she was no where to be found and left 4 one worst that the other this was for work and I trusted Walgreens but it has gone down service was horrible. Not sure why they have such a lazy manager. While I was waiting other customers rang for help 3 times for help in cosmetics and no one came out I was there 25 minThat is bad management.Do not go to this store.

Its clean & convenient. However, the pharmacy is ...... not the best. Their drive thru service is always different, you never know what they will ask. Sometimes its just your name and DOB, other times an ID is requested, sometimes just your DOB & CC. Its a surprise every time. And trying to get a hold of them, yeah good luck, your best bet is going in person. My meds are on automatic refill however I never get a notification of when they'll be ready, again.. its a surprise(: I called twice and after holding (a lady was nice to say we'll be right with you sir) for 18 minutes, I was hung up on. So just make sure you go in person is all im saying.

I LOVE this Walgreens!!! Every time I come to this location, the staff is always friendly, everything is so clean and well-organized, and my experience is amazing. Thank goodness for this alternative to CVS at the W Loop! To the employees...please know that we appreciate your welcoming atmosphere when we visit.

First off, my appointment was for a FREE flu shot as advertised on the website. I get to the appointment, some staff standing around talking and didn't acknowledge that I was there. After acknowledging me, I was told told it would be $42. Then told me that it is only free with insurance. She kept asking did I want the vaccine after I said yes several times. She called me back up to take the payment and give me the form to fill out instead of giving of giving it to me while I was up there. I waited another 5 minutes when no one else was there. After finally getting my shot. I asked for immunization form then the pharmacist got an attitude. The customer service is piss poor and the lies about free flu vaccine is outrageous. Never again

Terrible customer service if you want to get a flu or Covid shot. They will make any excuse not to give it even when the store is empty

By far the worst experience, they lie when things are going to be ready and the pharmacist yells at her customers. If this was the last pharmacy on earth I wouldn't go here. It's terrible.
