Review for Walgreens at Cross Timbers, Houston, TX

This is hands down one of the worst pharmacy experiences I’ve ever had. I don’t believe in giving one star because normally there’s a I don’t believe in giving one star because normally there’s anger involved however this is probably a first to give one star!
The staff is slow, unhelpful, and shockingly rude — especially the pharmacist. He seemed completely uninterested in assisting me with my prescriptions and provided incorrect information about what’s required to get them filled.
He told me I had to have a Houston address and that my doctor also had to be based in Houston, which is absolutely false. As long as the prescription is from a licensed Texas doctor, that should be sufficient. I already had a valid Houston address, but he refused to help me and clearly just didn’t want to do his job.
His attitude was dismissive, condescending, and unprofessional. I’ve since told multiple people in the area not to use this location. There are far better options with staff who actually care about their customers’ health and time.
Avoid this Walgreens if you value respectful service and reliable pharmacy care

Always pick up my prescriptions when I receive a call or text message. Good customer service when the drive thru is not busy and when drive thru is busy may take a wee bit of time but worth it

Waited in line for exactly 21 minutes for the pharmacist to close the gate on me. No consideration whatsoever for us who waited so long. Then the guy with the red hair and the other guy laugh at me with the register drawer in his hands and say “we’re closed” with a sarcastic smirk on his face. SMFH!!! Y’all shouldn’t have a license to be a pharmacist!!!!One star because it will not allow me to give y’all ZERO ⭐️

There service is very poor I been on the phone they done picked up4times put right back on hold like they waiting for me to hang up and I'm trying to see if they got my son mess this is sad they just done it again while I'm typing this that makes 5times smh

I'm starting to dislike this Walgreens more and more. The pharmacy drive thru line is ridiculous so today I ventured inside which was truly an experience. The freezer department is very deceiving because it appears to be packed full of items like milk but once you open the freezer there isn't anything inside. I see they are virtually stocked in the refrigerator section but in reality you will walk away disappointed. The pharmacy had me completely flabbergasted because I dropped off my prescription this morning & never received a call to pick them up. I have been a long time customer since this location was across the street where O'Reilly is at now. I haven't had this kinda experience though where the worker laughed off not calling me to tell me the insurance wasn't correct in their computer. I asked him what was the problem and he said they needed my new insurance card to update my information and I told him why didn't someone call me. He nonchalantly shrugged me off and asked for the card which I gave him. He told me have a seat because they hadn't even did the prescription so now I'm waiting in the lobby in one of their stiff uncomfortable chairs until they finish. I think they should have called me right away once they noticed a problem but it's 6 pm and I dropped off the medicine prescription at 9 a.m. The store is clean and organized with the other workers doing their jobs. But this little guy wasted my time having me waiting for my medicine still. I didn't care for his attitude to be honest. And that reflects a major part of the store which someone should talk to him about it. I didn't find anything funny about it but apparently he did. And with that kind of attitude I can take my business to CVS.

one of the drink exploded when i opened , this place is caca i was about to die , somebody smeared poop on the wall , laxative in the drinks and i had explosive diarrhea.

When you schedule a COVID test for 9AM, to Walgreens it actually means 9:30AM. Make sure you take note of this and don't miss your flight, like my girlfriend and I did.

The majority of the staff are friendly, though some just don't seem to really engage. I'm not really a huge fan of the pharmacy staff because they don't seem to care, but I understand that they're super busy constantly. Some of the staff will recognize regulars and know exactly what cigarettes they're buying before they even make it to the register and it's great to see people who care about making a connection with the customers
