Dropped off a prescription around 11 AM and was told it would be ready in an hour an and a half but I never got a text. Called them and can’t get through to anyone. After holding for 15 minutes +, they hung up the phone.

Worst Walgreens I ever dealt with. Took 2 days to get my daughter’s prescription. Waited in line 30 minutes for them to tell me it will be another 20 minutes. I leave and come back the next day and it’s still not ready but they said it would be in 30 minutes. I come back 4 hours later and it’s still not ready !! This is ridiculous. Close the pharmacy down if you can’t staff it adequately. The way this place is ran is BANANAS!!!

Horrible experience at Walgreens at 7923 Kirby Dr. in Houston, Texas. I am an elderly woman here from out of town for appointment at the cancer hospital, MD Anderson. I inadvertently did not pack my pain medication so my doctor ordered a few extra to act as a stop gap until I got home. On Tuesday, yesterday, when I went to this Walgreens to pick up my prescription, and was informed that this very common medication was not in stock at this pharmacy that is located in Houston medical district. The next day when they were supposed to have it, I went there again to pick it up, and the pharmacist refused to give it to me because he said he needed to speak to my doctor, even though my doctor (who had already left his office for the day) had ordered it from that pharmacy. When I pointed out that his arbitrary, unreasonable refusal to give me the very limited number of prescribed pills, doomed me to another night of agony. He was un concerned and dismissive. This was unbelievable and unconscionable behavior! I wish I had the option to leave zero stars. This place should not be in business.

It was my first time going there to use the western union kiosk and the employees couldn't figure it out how to help me with it. He was giving me a hard time I was already getting frustrated 😠. At the end I was the one to figure it out.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. I need my prescription of Paxlovid transferred here because the online pharmacy cannot fill it. I was on the phone on hold two times for over 20 minutes until it ended the call for me. Despicable.
