This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I see why they only have 2 stars. Called an hour ago and they said it was ready to pick up. Wait in line e another 30 minutes for they to say welll, its not actually ready. What a joke

Made an 11:15 appointment for a covid test, I didn’t get the test until 11:48. They told me my pharmacist was getting ready. It was a premade package! I’m not sure what he was getting ready. I also asked him how long it would take and he told me I should get my results in an hr. I called several hours later and he said it would be 24hrs. I called the next day and he said not to call because I would get an email? So why didn’t he tell me that yesterday? And he still ask for my last name and looks it up? If you know they’re supposed to email the results just tell me that.

The pharmacy is super helpful and courteous. I really needed my prescription and the drug was not available at many other Walgreens locations. I called and once I was able to talk to a real person (the automated answering system is not very helpful) I was able to find what I needed and get my prescription transferred This pharmacy filled it in about a hour. Even though I had to drive 45 minutes to come to this pharmacy I would do so again. They provided superior customer service. It seemed like a routine thing for them but it really made a difference.

The store itself is cool but that pharmacy is like being at McDonald’s no customer service skills displayed at all. The wait is ridiculous for anything, cvs is your best bet for the pharmacy in this area.

Recent Covid-19Test experience: I received email confirmation that i can drive through or walk to have test. I went there and called to confirm them that i am here to test, they said come drive through, i walked there and then manager of the pharmacy told me I can't have test without a vehicle. I was surprised as in the email it was clearly mentioned that i can have my test without a car. I am asking to manager that please update your system to let public knows that the test is offer only for rich people and poor people who does not have car cant get the testing here at the Walgreens. What a joke !!! I have my vaccination records with a booster, the test was just for travel purpose as i had cough thats why, i wanted test. Therefore i walked according to email confirmation. Really bad service and rude staff as every time they takes lot of time to prepare the prescription and have no idea how insurance works.

I'm not sure what's been going on lately.I've been comming her for over a year it used to be a great pharmacy. Now the whole team has been replaced with a new one ! They DON'T senD prior authorizations, they can't figure out how to charge to insurance and it takes almost an hour at the window to GET MY MEDICAITION. And now all the tech tell me different reasons why my insurance is going through when my insurance says everything is fine. This has become a nightmare and my child needs this lifesaving medication!

Had a RX called in and Walgreens kept texting me every 20 min to come pick it up... in 5:00 traffic... in Houston. I called to tell them I'd pick it up tomorrow and the pharmacy tech hung up on me. Trust me, lady, if I didn't need it I wouldn't be coming in-

This was my final straw with Walgreens. Placed an order for curbside. Received notification that it was ready. Planned my day and traveled to retrieve my order. I first panicked when I received notification that my order was picked up while I was en route to get my order. Got there and retrieved my order and was getting ready to leave but something said check it to make sure it was correct. I'm glad I did because only 1 of the 4 items I ordered actually made it in the bag I waited an additional 10-15 minutes for them to assume the items were out of stock and the employee coded it wrong. Waited an additional 10 minutes for them to check in the store. I opted for a refund of all items simply because I was using mobile coupons/sales and having only 1 item shifted my total spent and defeated the purpose of completing my purchase. Now as far as the cashier that assisted me; she could improve with her communication. When processing my refund she began to swipe a store gift card without explaining what she was doing so I questioned why am I receiving a store credit. Once she explained that it was for the $2 Walgreens cash (whatever it's called) that I applied to my order and the remaining balance will go back to my card I understood.m; but she should've communicated that prior to swiping. But whatever. This is the 2nd day in a row at a different Walgreens and I'm STILL no satisfied enough to continue to shop here.

The pharmacy techs and pharmacist at this location are absolutely terrible. I called to check on a prescription and she rudely told me it would take an hour and a half. Before i got to ask another question, she hung up the phone in my face. I get to the drive thru and the tech at the window was even ruder and seemed uninterested. Save yourself some time and headache and go to the CVS on the next block. My prescription was ready in less than 15 minutes and the customer service was better.

It took over 1 hour past my appointment time to receive my COVID-19 vaccine. I filled out THE SAME paperwork and questionnaire 3 different times before they helped me. They took other people coming in with later vaccination appointments priority over me despite me showing up on time. I usually don't post reviews but the spare time they had me wait here inspired me to wire this post. Please go to a different pharmacy for your vaccination.

The pharmacist and technician working at this location yesterday evening were amazing. I would recommend using this pharmacy for any medication needs. They have your best interest at heart.

This location is not at all organized. Do not go there for any medical reasons. Choose somewhere else!
