Years leaving boxes for fedex at Walgreens but today they saw us and said no is to big ( same boxes like the last hundred times ) too heavy ( no more than 15 pounds ) we are small location and we don’t have space
They didn’t want to work today and had a terrible attitude

The phone is consistently wrong. If an rx has a problem many times they just delete it.

Micheal in the pharmacy eased my life when he took his time to be compassionate.
My daughter is 10 months and gets 2 seizure meds there...he filled 1 and helped me figure something out to where she would be ok till she could refill other.

I get all my cosmetics and toiletries at Walgreens. They have such a variety of options, and there are sales always going on. I love Walgreens! ❤️

Used to love this pharmacy.
Now they fill your medicine in a warehouse and ship to store. The pharmacy technicians no longer know how to look up patient history They argue with you about anything and everything They never feel for the right quantity and they jack up your refills on a regular basis I've never seen such incompetence in people in my life How sad. I went on vacation and they didn't have my medication They were able to get me a partial fill with it a week they called me and told me if I don't come get the rest of my medication I lose the refill completely They didn't even fill it for the right quantity when I went to pick it up incompetence is no excuse for stupidity they've got my medication so messed up and so far-spaced apart it's ridiculous Not to mention they blow you up begging you to refill your medication telling you when it's time yet when then you go there to pick it up it's not ready because it's still sitting in a warehouse Good job Walgreens glad to see customer care counts. Well I have a hard way to go in regards to my medication and I get double charged on my copays I watch illegal immigrants walk in there with hundreds of dollars bows in their wallet yet they receive free healthcare and free prescriptions.
I'll stick with the independent pharmacy any day anytime much more personable

My favorite part of the pharmacy is calling ahead to be told that my prescription is ready, until to show up and being told that they are out of stock. Truly a fantastic waste of time.

Somebody needs to look into the pharmacy at this Walgreens!!! I called twice to have a prescription transferred from CVS on Bay Area. The first time the gentleman asked me for my name, address, phone number, and which CVS I need to transfer from. I gave him all this. I called back two days later spoke to the same gentleman. He said I wasn't in the system. So once again, I gave him my name, address, phone number and CVS where I needed my medication transferred. He said he would make sure it was done. Well, three days later I go to pick up my medication, and the young woman says nothing was transferred. Are you kidding me? I will never ever go to this Walgreens again. I can't imagine having people like this filling medication for others!!

Worst pharmacy, apparently they do not speak to each other back there. Was asked to come back three different times. No one put in the prescription. A headache time wasted. As I saw all the employees standing there that I spoke with they just looked at each other and started moving around like they didn’t know anything. Disturbing.
