Is this location a tiny bit run down? - Yes. Is the customer service decent? Also yes. I was attended by Caroline Awe and was given efficient service along with the pharmacist that was answering calls and at the same time helping his colleagues.

After transferring my prescription here and giving them all my insurance information etc they still wanted to charge me the price without insurance(over $40). I used to be a long standing customer with them. They claimed that they called my insurance BCBS and could not get my PCN and BIn # so I had to do it myself and give it to them. So much time and patience and work on my end. As of a result, I transferred my prescription back to the original Pharmacy and finally I was able to get a first prescription dose for $5.00 the price with my insurance.

The pharmacists/staff here does not care about the community they work in. I was let down multiple occasions for IMPORTANT expensive medications that I could have afforded had they just simply done a little research. My doctor was extremely disappointed!!

Terrible customer service; I've been calling them for \\u003e1 hour now They've placed me on hold multiple times to prevent their phone from ringing, but they exploit a loophole (or terribly designed function) where after the 3rd or 4th time on hold, it automatically hangs up.

I recently went here to return something I bought within an hour. The lady I returned it was the same one that checked me out at the time of purchase.Telling me we don't take batteries back. She took them back and gave me my refund. I kinda hate I went in there for anything especially if I want to return something.

trash , they don't have anything that you need , not even baking soda like really. and you can't even print your pictures at my selected location. i don't recommend.

I am a senior who just moved to Houston from out-of-town. The pharmacy tech, Destiny, was friendly, professional & efficient. I am caregiver for an elder sibling & Destiny enabled, with ease, the effective transfer of our combined prescriptions to the W Belfort site. We are grateful. Way to go, Walgreens!

Omggggggg, I got an email stating that my photo album was ready to be pick up, I showed up, and apparently there is nobody here at photo department and my order is not ready yet when my email said it is, bad service overall, customer service and orders timing really bad

I am standing at photo trying to get pics that I ordered. But there is only one elderly lady at the register. The manager is no where to be found and she has reached out to them over the intercom. I need to get to work and this is crazy. Sooo. I just wait and pray.

THIS PLACE IS ACTUAL HELL ON EARTH. If you want to get a disposable camera developed, stay far away from here. I dropped my camera off on December 7th. I came back 10 days later after they said it would be ready in a week AND THE CAMERA WAS STILL THERE. THEY HADN'T EVEN SHIPPED IT. Then they say it will be ready in 2 weeks. I come back 2 weeks later AND THEY ARE STILL "PROCESSING". NEVER COME HERE EVERRRRR. I am only giving this one star because I have to in order to post this.

They don't answer the phone I was on hold for 20minutes. Someone continued to pick up the phone and put me back on hold with saying anything. Horrible service in the pharmacy.
