I have had multiple bad experiences since Dr. Margaret transferred locations! On my latest pharmacy run today I was just discharged from the ER for have an allergic reaction and the one stipulation for me to go home and not be admitted into the hospital is to go pick-up my prescription from the pharmacy. The prescription was sent to the wrong location meaning this particular location had to pull the prescriptions to fill them. I asked the pharmacist if she could rush the fill and was told that she was short staffed and that I had 40 prescriptions ahead of mine. Therefore, I wasn’t interested in all the steroids and allergy medication being filled rush, only the epi-pen just in case I have another reaction. Of course she couldn’t do that either! Let’s be clear, I was a pharmacy technician at this exact location and NEVER heard a customer get denied a rush prescription! You aren’t supposed to rush drive-thru prescriptions however there are exceptions as well as the option for a customer to come inside due to not being able to sit in a lane. As a pharmacist for you to know what an epi-pen is for because this is your job there is no reason my epi-pen prescription couldn’t have been filled and completed within 3 minutes. There isn’t pills to count! It’s a box that already has the epi-pen inside that’s on the second or 3rd row in the pharmacy that can be grabbed and scanned to fill my order. I have seen this pharmacist make technicians wait for patient consultations for her to finish talking to other workers that have froze the inside lines and drive-thru. At this point there is no reason for me to keep this location as my home store. I rather give CVS a try than to continue with the lack of patient care.

South Post oak Walgreens services are very very poor I've been waiting on a prescription for a month they said this medicine was out of stock they did not tell me that I could go to another Walgreens to pick it up or anything still waiting this is very unprofessional . Corporate needs to come .Their drive-thru customer service is ridiculous you can have two cars there and you sit there for almost 15 minutes it's just unbelievable.

I don’t get it if they’re understaffed or something but so I don’t stand in line to be told my prescription is ready I call ahead and I get put on hold so quick I can’t even say “no” and that’s being on hold 3 times and then to answer the line but not respond and I can clearly hear talking going on. So frustrating to have to keep calling

I absolutely love this Walgreens. My husband had a stroke and I was distraught. I went to pick up his prescription and the staff was really nice to me, not knowing I had been crying for weeks. The pharmacist stopped what she was doing and asked me if I had any questions with the medication I could call back and ask for her and she would walk me through. They put a smile on my face and warmed my heart.

Chuatina the cashier needs to be informed on how to do her job. I came to Walgreens to load $1000 on my chime card and $500 my scarlet. I loaded the first $500 on chime then the $500 on scarlet. When I tried to load the other $500 she would not even try. She said I could only do 2 transactions and that Walgreens only allows a person to load $500 a day. I go to Walgreens to load my money all the time. It was just a power trip she was on. Even when I informed her of the policy she told me this Walgreens and the limit is $500. It was embarrassing and I felt scared having everyone in the store know I still had $500 on me.

Do not choose to substitute an item while purchasing online because they will give you whatever they want. I had to do a refund because I couldn't swap it out anymore with another similar item. I had clipped a coupon and lost it after doing the refund. Had to pay full price. By the way, the cashier had some kind of attitude. I will not be coming back here again. There is another Walgreens a few minutes away.

The customer service for the pharmacy is horrible the lady was beyond rude, normally I don’t write reviews but I work with patients daily and it’s horrible that when they are prescribed medication that’s the type customer service they have to deal with. If you don’t like your job simply find something that best fits your needs
