I expect nothing else from a pharmacy than to be organized. That's a minimum expectation.My mother received an automated message her prescription was available, so days later we visited to pick it up. We get there and nothing is ready. Absolutely nothing. So now we have to wait for this to be filled.One would assume there would some sense of urgency but no. It was business as usual. Ugh.And I'll add my opinion that clearly the management team isn't concerned nor do they care about the customer's experience. If they did, this many unsatisfactory experiences wouldn't be documented.

They sold my dad the wrong prescription. When he notice that it was the wrong one he went back to let them know and to return it they told him they couldn’t do anything about it . When it was there fault . And it’s very expensive medicine because he has no insurance so has to pay cash . I’m still waiting for them to call me back , because this is not right .

This pharmacy is TRASH‼️‼️‼️ they are extremely SLOW for no reason. They do not contact you to let you know status of medication. If they do send a status it's ready and you go to pick it up they say it's not ready. They never do their job I had 3 refills for my birthcontrol and only picked up 2 when I went to pick my 3rd one up they said I didn't have any refills to contact my doctor. Within a week my doctor confirmed I did have another refill I contacted the pharmacy and she told me I now had to pay out of pocket. Why when my insurance been covering it. Called my doctor again who advised my insurance do cover. Came INTO the pharmacy and a diff person had no problems. I am in line now waiting over and hour car number 5 and still no help

Been waiting over an hour for someone to answer. The automated voice keeps saying there is one person in front of me which can’t possibly be the truth. I can tell by the other reviews this is a major issue.

Worst pharmacy ever they always leave me on hold for hours and just hang up on me I'm so grateful I just found a faster pharmacy that takes my insurance, but yea the pharmacy ppl there do not know how to do their job and last time I was there due to a workers comp and I needed my antibiotics since I was in pain and the fucker didn't know how to do a workers comp and I ended up paying out of pocket then after like 3 hrs of waiting to my medication they figured out how to do it

Manager Teresa is such a sloth!! Takes forever to give the cashiers assistance!! She should not be a manager and get coached on sense of urgency... no wonder there is always a line!!

I called them to see if they had a certain medication on hand...so far I've been on hold for 25 mins...they actually just answered. I can understand being busy, but each time the phone rang, I could hear them pick up the phone and then put me back on hold. No one ever apologized for the wait and said, "We'll be right with you." Made me feel they were waiting for me to give up and hang up.
