These people are so rude . I've been waiting about a week for my meds to be transferred... One say it was done on the 6th the other said on the 5th . I call the other place they say they never got anything, so I ask is it maybe a problem with the system, the pharmacist replied with what makes you think it's my system, and not the other pharmacy. How about Why did it take 4 days for them to even try to do the transfer. Some people need to learn customer service skills cuz this place is lacking. Or maybe they just done got to comfortable doing it so why bother. It's just sad when you can't ask a question without a person just automatically responding rude.

Don’t refill or get your prescriptions here avoid at all cost unless you willing to wait 24-48 for them to fill. Needed pain medication ordered at 11 am was not ready till next day at 7pm.

Corporate really need to do something to help the staff . There is no reason anyone should have to wait in line 45 minutes to drop off a prescription and then turn around and have to wait another 3-4 hours to have it filled and wait on hold 20-30 mins to call in a prescription or speak to an associate to update the order prescription. Get these people some help in staff numbers 1 person cannot do everything!!! They also need better equipment and better training to move more efficiently. The store line should never be anymore than a 3-5 minute wait at the register either. At any hour let alone an hour that they should be “slow” as most people are at work between 10am-3pm.

this location is the worst. the employees are always rude. the wait time for the pharmacy is always so long on top of them always being so rude. if this wasn't the closest location to my house i would never go here again. if you can choose another walgreens, 100% do so.

So today I went into Walgreens to get my daughter some allergy medicine. Of course when you walk into Walgreens the make up wall is right there, I spotted a powder that I have been looking for and couldn't find it in Target. I grabbed the powder and I saw that they had some of their Essie nail polish on sale for 6.99. So I so as I'm talking over to the nail polish, which is all along the same wall; I hear the lady that was at the front counter say customer service needed in cosmetics. now the store was kind of empty and I was the only person in cosmetics now when I was younger as a teenager I worked at Walmart. So I know when they do that they feel like somebody is in that department stealing. now mind you I'm in Walgreens with my six-year-old daughter just got off of work. Just coming to grab a few things and pay for them. I'm like maybe there's somebody on the other aisle. Two minutes after the announcement an employee comes behinds me and my daughter pretending that she's messing around with stuff on the aisle. The whole time, looking at me and my daughter, while we're looking through the nail polishes. Of course me somebody that is never stolen a day in her life I felt very offended, and I think I felt more offended because this Walgreens is in a majority black and Hispanic neighborhood, and to be profiled by another black woman, for no reason is crazy to me. I literally had on a dress that had no pockets. I had my wallet and cell phone in my hand I guess I was going to sneak the items that total $16 into my daughters pockets. Granted people steal, but to just randomly pick somebody that is showing no signs of stealing and follow them around the store is ridiculous to me. I will never step foot in that Walgreens again or any other Walgreens and of course it probably won't make a difference because Walgreens is a huge company, but learn how to treat your customers stop profiling people, not everybody in this world is out to steal, some people work for a living and work very hard. I'm included in that bunch. I worked too hard to go into a Walgreens and steal a nail polish and make up powder.

I don't understand how you and all the other walgreens in the area always have a really long line. I go to the doctor and I just want to get home but have to be at the pharmacy for an hour
