I gave this rating because I usually have great service but recently they made me wait 1-2 without meds. I’m ok but imagine those who need their meds for life or death needs. I also would like to express how amazing they are for not mistreating people who are usually hanging out around the store. Thanks and God Bless

Walgreens has been my favorite pharmacy for many years. I always get my prescriptions and over-the-counter medicine there. In addition, it has drive thru service, so I can pick up my prescriptions without getting out of my car. Besides, I can also buy some comestibles such as cookies, juices, and candies. It has a cosmetic section, toiletry, photography, seasonal items, gifts and more. So glad that I have two Walgreens in my area. Affordable price! I highly recommend it!

My review is actually no stars. I had a prescription electronically sent for my ADHD med to this location, was told it was delayed, was asked for my insurance info.and then told I would be notified when it is ready for pickup...that was June 28th and luckily I had some meds to cover for a few days. Come July 7th and rationing my last pill plus being beyond frustrated, I called the pharmacy for a third time to be told that they don't contract with my insurance company, but they understand my frustration?!
The fact that I waited over a week to be told that is beyond RIDICULOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL. My med cannot be transferred pharmacy to pharmacy, a doctor has to resubmit it and with Beryl hitting, I had to submit an emergency Rx be written and CVS on W. Mt. Houston Rd was able to dose and have it ready same day.
Save your time, frustration, and anger...I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT USE THIS WALGREENS.
To the pharmacy team here, your disingenuous "We understand" means nada when peoples minds and health are at stake. Two words, DO BETTER!
