Horrible vaccine roll out. Staff is obviously mismanaged and not given the resources they need. Walgreens is failing their employees and the community here to save a few bucks.

I went to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription and the woman that took me was very rude since the beginning. She asked me what did I need and I told her that I was picking up my medicine and she asked me the same thing again so I repeated myself. Then she gave me an ugly look and said "I need your name" with an attitude but she never even asked for my name to begin with so I don't know why she was being so rude. She also said that my prescription was not there, so I thought maybe it wasn't ready. I went a second time and she said the same thing. When I went the third time, another lady took me and she was able to find it without a problem. Really bad experience... I hope they do something about this.

I have been snagging some great deals online and picking them up in store-- it's easy and smooth, and I love the emails that have a button to press to tell them you're on the way so they can have your order ready for you. You can walk in or park in a designated curbside spot, click "I'm here," and they bring out your stuff with a smile. Super nice people!Their convenient spot at Holcombe and Kirby is a plus too :)

Worst experience. Bunch of pharmacy staff that are incompetent and careless. They will put you on hold for 30 min, lie to you about your prescription and then hangup on you. It's clear that they don't care.

This review is only for the pharmacy. Save yourself a giant headache and aggravation and go somewhere else. The staff is unbelievably rude and incompetent. I honestly don't know how they stay open.

Beggars galore here. They are tolerated because, I am told, company policy forbids removing them from the premises. Yesterday, after I had walked INSIDE the store, a scraggly-looking bum standing by the cash register mumbled to me what I understood to be about my buying him some cigarettes! Ignoring him, I picked out what I needed. When I returned to the register, he was just leaving, appearing to have purchased something. Evidently, shoplifting is rampant here I am told but with no security on the premises, nobody can stop them. This Walgreens is dead to me now!

Wish I would have read my fellow yelpers reviews before I switched to this new pharmacy. The actual store experience here is a 4. But the pharmacy is horrible. I moved my prescriptions to this pharmacy and they didn't refill the correct refill. They ended up giving me the wrong manufacturer of my normal pills. I called when I got home and they said they can't fix there error. They said once I can get a refill they will refill to the correct pills? What in the world! I need the correct pills now. It's taken me three phone calls still working on getting my correct prescription. SMDH They need some type of new management for this pharmacy apparently. This pharmacy manager is ridiculous and rude. Yelled at me on the phone and over talks you when you try to make a point

They are not enforcing social distancing during the COVID-19. Whoever was working around 8:00 AM on Saturday June 27, 2020 is letting people bunch up right behind you in line (less than 2 feet).

No one in front of us at the healthcare clinic to get a flu shot. Bit still Waited over 30 min. Not a place to go if you are in a hurry.
