Came on Sunday at 11 am and the lady at the register refused to sell me alcohol. Texas law states that alcohol can be sold from 10am till Midnight on Sunday.

Store is ok. There’s a guy who usually works the counter/register with a lot of tattoos and he’s usually very nice. The other night I was rushed out the store before they even closed apparently because something happened in the area ? but I wasn’t aware and I didn’t get to grab anything that I needed because they were closing way earlier than they were supposed to… that I didn’t like especially because I’m not from the area. It’s a weekend and you’re scheduled to close at 11 PM rushing people out before it’s even 10:30 PM is absurd especially for a pharmacy.

The pharmacy department is terrible it's really sad... on the app I received a notification that the Dr didn't approve my request for a refill of a painkiller! Here's the kicker I NEVER REQUESTED MORE something about that rubs me wrong and seems suspicious! This Walgreens in particular needs to be investigated for all the bad shady business it conducts there

So I had to call cooperate and put in a complaint about this terrible pharmacy and their practices and now they don't have my meds is unsure if they ever will this is hilarious I really feel like lawyers and some serious actions need to be taken THIS IS INHUMANE
Update 03/22/24
So I finally received a text that my meds was ready from the prescription I but in on 3/12/24 I went to get and noticed the date said 3/12/24 however it's the 24th so I called and recorded asking when is the sticker and info paper printed to be sure I wasn't being dramatic and the women who answered told me it is printed the day it's filled! Sooooo here's my problem I put in several complaints and I think my meds was held to simply be funny so I'm putting in a new complaint I'm SICK OF THESE PEOPLE AND THEIR BEHAVIORS

Pharmacy is closed on Sunday not very convenient at all.

The entire personnel is outstanding, they assist you, they are always ready to serve you, and they have a be positive attitude.
Same for the pharmacy staff, they have empathy which is an attribute they possess, and I appreciate.
However, the waiting area in front of the pharmacy is completely and absolutely a disgrace. The floor, the chairs, the door and the plaque on the floor is full of dirt, the wall separating the filthy counter has disgusting stains. The displays are full of filth. There is no sanitary liquid on the counter and no wet paper to sanitize your hands on the standalone tower in front of the station where they vaccinate. No wastebasket.
I used a cart since I always purchase a few things and I noticed that the wheels on the carts are ALL full of hair, strings, threads and perhaps a million bacteria.
Shameful & not to par with a pharmacy such as Walgreens.
I encourage everyone to evaluate from the dirty exterior signs and sidewalk to each counter, check out, photograph - I’m so sorry that it has deteriorated. Walk around and see for yourself.

The pharmacy changes your prescription quantity without informing the patient at all. When called to inquire about the quantity change, she informed me that they don’t inform customers when they change things. I don’t need a pharmacist to pretend to be my physician. The customer needs to be informed if the pharmacist feels like playing pretend that day.

Dr. Oliva and Nubia helped us with everything and answered our questions thoroughly!! They lightened the mood with their professional attitude and funny comments, best Walgreens, the katy ones do not compete. Might even make it my home Walgreens!! ?

THE MANAGER WORKING TONIGHT DOES NOT NEED TO BE EMPLOYED THERE AT ALL!!! You have a MASSIVE lawsuit coming to you sweetheart. Skinny, slightly taller guy named Andrew. First things first, you're getting a theft charge. The black Maserati was my husband you stole from after locking him in the store. You'll be hearing A LOT from our lawyers. Watch the way you treat people. You never know who you're dealing with. Furthermore, NOBODY should have this type of treatment EVER!!
