I would give this pharmacy a negative rating if I could. Their response times are absolutely atrocious. I sat on hold for over an hour today on two separate phone calls, and never actually spoke to anyone. I finally just drove over to ask my question in person, and the staff were extremely rude and didn't even pretend to be helpful.

This is unequivocally the most disorganized, discourteous, and unprofessional Walgreens Pharmacy we have ever used. Despite the convenience of it being a stone’s throw from our home, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

I'm calling this pharmacy to see if my medication is in stock so I can have my Dr call in my refill. Because the other Walgreens on Katy freeway forgot to call to get my medicine restocked, after they spoke with me and told me they would order it. I ended up having to leave 4 days later without my medication. Now this one has hung up on me 3 times after being on hold for 5 minutes each time. I could hear them pick up and not even ask if I would hold. Then they pick up again and hang up. Look I know they are busy but that's just horrible customer service to hang up. Walgreens use to be a good pharmacy. I used them for years and very loyal, but their quality is going down hill. So now I sit on hold a 4th time while writing this (I had to pick a star)Edit: 5 times ....... I'll finish this review when I get through. Does Walgreens Corprate even care how their customers are treated??Holding still...... going on 9 minutes. Now I talked to them and they say the can only get things in once a week. When the other Walgreens can always get in two days..... something doesn't add up

This location needs massive help with their pharmacy . After 4 days of trying to get medication refilled I was told to o call Saturday morning and as I have done as instructed by your staff the store is closed and I am completely out of medication with ZERO CARE FOR MY HEALTH OR WELL BEING! Get it together! This is not how to run a business!

They have maybe one third of the prescriptions our doc sends over. One time we waited days and it just never came in with no updates from Walgreens whatsoever. Today they texted me that my prescription was ready, and when I drove over and waited in line, they said it wasn’t in stock and to go ask another pharmacy. Always a frustrating and time-consuming experience here.

The pharmacist is a massive prick. I really wish they could get their act together because their location is so convenient. Watching them banter back and forth while you're waiting for a shot or prescriptions is beyond frustrating

The customer service is the lowest of lows. The entire team is rude. I use to go there and they were nice, not anylonger. Now, I call in at on hold for over 30 mins. They pick up, do not say anything, just place it back on hold. I do not know what is going on with this Walgreens pharmacy but it is the worst.

This is a nice Walgreens store. It has a large parking lot with several spaces. The store itself is similar to other Walgreens carrying the same items and has a pharmacy. Stars were removed from the rating only because there were no employees visible when I walked in. After waiting at the photo area for several minutes, there is no button to alert their staff a customer is waiting at the Photo Department. Other Walgreens I have been to have this feature and overhead alerts the staff. Had to hunt down an employee who was busy restocking and not at the front cash register.

Made an appointment for a rapid covid test at 10am through the drive through. Drove up to the window. Waited for 15 mins before anyone acknowledged me. Then was told a tech had to help me. Waited another 15 mins before they finally handed me the swab. Save yourself time and go to CVS.

I was just going to go on a quick run to get some photos and print them out but I couldn't because there was nobody nearby to help me with the machine I had to leave and had to go to another location because there was nobody around

Not to be confused with Smallgreens, which is, you know, a much smaller pharmacy. This is a conveniently located Walgreens at Wirt and Westview, and continues my theory that there's a major Pharmacy chain now at pretty much every important intersection in Houston - and a lot of unimportant ones lol - and probably in a lot of other cities too. It's just how they do things, and part of the capitalism which is killing our culture. Prices are crazy high as expected, and I'm not a fan of those, but at least it's here.
