It's scary that people distributing medications and vaccines are as incompetent as those in this pharmacy.
I overheard a 16 year old try to pick up a prescription for her grandmother and was denied. But she said she had gotten it before here... Yikes.

The pharmacy is horrible. They mistreated an elderly lady in front of me who was told to pick up a prescription by not helping her and just saying it’s not ready when she was out of her medication. They gave me the wrong medicine and the man in front who was rude to us all, told me I’m too aggressive when he refused to refund me because he didn’t know how. He has no business dealing with medication and as a doctor, I deal with medication error all the time. No one looked to see that they duplicated my medication and I wouldn’t have known without my medical knowledge or if I were a lay person. They claim no refunds can be made even when it’s their error and finally the manager had to override and refund me. Absolutely no customer service or safety. And they want to give medical advice ! Will Never rely on pharmacy techs. They know nothing at Walgreens.

I have had it with this pharmacy. It takes them 2/3 days to fill a prescription! When you call they put you on hold for 11 minutes at a time. Walgreens is not what it used to me... bye

They’re friendly, but very slow and disorganized. Can’t keep up.. tell you one thing and leave you hanging. Add one full day to timelines for prescriptions. Sure, answer that tweet before helping me. Hahaha! Two stars just because I’m in a good mood today!

I’ve been a regular patient for the past 10 years at this location. The pharmacy crew have never (nor will) failed to do above and beyond to make things happening easier and faster. Their smiles, positive attitude and work ethics are always constant. Thank you for everything you do for us and just stay the way you are. I appreciate all of you … (Alex, Sima, Shaniva, ….).

When I call the pharmacy at this store I already know it's going to be a 45 min to an hour project. After you win the lottery and get past the auto phone thing, (choose the option "something else") and are actually connected to the pharmacy with real humans, do they actually pick it up? No, they do not. They automatically place you on hold without saying a word. And in five minutes or so they SOUND like it's being answered (you can hear the store) but they just put you on hold again! And they do this over and over and over. Never saying a word. The other day I waited for 38 minutes (and 6 Hold placements) and when they finally answered and I told her about the wait, SHE HUNG UP ON ME! I wasn't yelling, or mistreating her in any way. Elizabeth (who I think works in the evenings) is the worst tech there. She is short tempered, rude and disrespectful.
When I called to speak to the pharmacist one time, after waiting for 45 freaking minutes and I asked him to explain the treatment of customers and ridiculous wait, and HE hung up on me!!! This man is supposed to be a professional. I was/am stunned. Hang UP on a customer?????
The female pharmacist, I think her name is Lauren, is WONDERFUL. She sincerely cares about her patients, and will go out of her way to help you. She is professional, personable, and nice to deal with. The other techs seem nice enough. The girls who work during the day are usually nice and helpful. It just takes sooooo lonnnng to get to a person. I understand busy but - 45 minutes???
It is disconcerting though that, when going in to pick up a prescription that you have been told is ready, they "can't find it." They have piles of prescription bags EVERYWHERE. On the shelves, on all flat surfaces, on the counters, on the FLOOR. I have faced this problem at least twice in the past two months. And so they have to fill it again.
How do they do that? If it's been run through the insurance already they must have to cancel that RX and refill it. But what do they then do with the "lost" rx? Obviously they aren't going to continue to look for it right then if they give up and refill it. How can they POSSIBLY have any legitimate control over their inventory? And this has happened with narcotic rx's, too! I can clearly see a scenario where those potentially don't make it back into inventory.
And NOW, I just got off the phone with the pharmacist (Lauren) who informed me that they no longer have free delivery! AND they will charge a $5.00 delivery fee PER PRESCRIPTION even if you are having 8 delivered in one bag!!! I am disabled. I can't afford that. And I can't get in to the store without great difficulty and cost. (And no, I don't know anyone who could pick them up for me. I just moved here from out of state.) I have no choice as they are in-network.
This is appalling treatment by money grubbing execs at "corporate." They were supposed to deliver my prescriptions today. Yesterday they said it was free delivery. TODAY it's not.
GO TO WALMART OR CVS OR AMAZON BUT DON'T USE WALGREENS!

This is based off an experience with a sales associate, Linda. I came into the store after seeing some people online purchasing candy on sale. I stopped by this location and noticed that the pricing did not match so i grabbed two bags and asked if they could be priced checked. One bag was 90% off and the other was regular price. I was curious to see if the other two flavors that I did not grab were on sale but when I came back to the cashier to ask if she can price check I was immediately scolded and was told that she couldn't keep price checking and that she would get in trouble. She also then told me that price were marked on shelves and I replied and told her I only asked for pricing because they actually are not marked correctly because they were ringing up 90% off and one other flavor was not on sale. When I left I asked another associate who was actually the manager if it was true about price checking and he responded that she needed to use her mobile device to check the pricing and not the register. If price checking is such an issue then maybe they can add self checkout registers or price checking machines like CVS.

Just called to check if they had a certain medication in stock. First, you have to go through the automated system, which will do whatever it can to keep you from speaking to a human. Then I waited on hold for 5 minutes. Someone picked up; I explained the situation, and she said she'd check. Back on hold for another 5 minutes and then HUNG UP ON. Terrible customer service. I don't know why all the Walgreen's seem so terrible around here; the grocery store and independent pharmacies are much better.

Absolutely the worst customer service. I spoke to pharmacist for 15 mins after prescription was sent over. They assured me they had the requested prescription and it would be filled in an hour. I go to pickup prescription the next morning. They said they don't have the medicine in stock. They refused to apologize or acknowledge the pharmacist's previous lies. They were very rude and apathetic. The employees here are very unhappy people. I had to call many pharmacies to locate the medicine. Stay away from this location. If they can't even accurately understand their own inventory how can they be trusted to fulfill prescriptions safely????

If there was ever an example of why Walgreens might be in trouble as a company, it would be this store. Lots of empty shelves, very dirty, and without a working restroom for customers going on weeks now. It is a shame to think of the Walgreens of only 20 years ago would become this.

Agreed with previous posts, employee attitude is a serious problem. Pro tip: don't go unless you want someone to ruin your day
