This Walgreens on Woodway is an excellent store. It is clean with a good selection of items. The associates are very helpful, friendly, and appear happy to work. Customer service skills are highlighted, with employees described as pleasant and thorough, following up on issues like locating photo orders. The pharmacy does an excellent job, efficiently helping with the line and the window. Pharmacy staff are noted for being helpful, offering kindness and empathy, helping to get what is needed at the best price. This service is considered a standout, with some customers expressing eternal gratitude for the assistance provided. The store is highly recommended.
Helpful, friendly staff. BUT, wait time at the drive-up is ridiculous. I am handicapped and must use the drive-up.
