This pharmacy is honestly terrible. Always has been. I’ve been sitting in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes waiting on a prescription. They can’t hand it to me until the pharmacist signs off. Where the pharmacist is for 20 minutes? Beats me. Now the customer in the car behind me is honking at me, which is fun.
Oh update. The pharmacist was giving a vaccine. Fine, important, but then the store isn’t staffing properly to meet customer demand. And the car behind me is now waving their arms erratically at me.
If this were an isolated incident, I wouldn’t write a review. But it’s not. I’m tired of it. I’m going to move my prescriptions to CVS.

I have been going to this pharmacy for about two years now. My overall experience has been pleasant. I receive updates via text message and phone call about my prescriptions. I go through the drive-through. I have had some unpleasant experience, but it is with one particular person. It was only twice. But overall great customer service waiting Is not long and I get updates in regards to the status of my medication. So after reading the reviews is what made me want to leave a review . Give them a try?

Went there to print out a birthday present for my MOTHER, of her mother and father picture from the 80's... Khia of Kia with braids and glasses was so helpful!! I did most of the work I was only stuck at editing because I wanted to make sure the picture was perfect for my mom's birthday gift. She stayed helping and taking customer's. The line was getting pretty long, but she helped me and the customers in line: you would think she is working alone with no help. Then she calls for help. (Johnathan) is the help. He comes and have attitude that he has to even help! Tells her something smart with an attitude then helps in a nonchalant way. Then he left the front counter again? Leaving Khia alone again by herself.... The line gets longer again. She calls him to the counter again to at least help me print out my pictures for my moms birthday present . Since I been here 45 minutes already. Khia was amazing with customer service while helping me and taking a whole line of Walgreens shoppers by herself! Johnathan comes over with an attitude! Like I was wrong for needing help?!! He tells me... " Normally when people print out photographs they don't need help! And you see there is a line of people waiting to check out, even know you been here for an HOUR!! I say well I only need help editing the picture.... I'm familiar with working the device. He looks at Me and says well whatever and Rolls his eyes! This is the second time I have done with Jonathan and his attitude. I come to shop I'm peace and go home. He need more training or needs to leave! I'm calling Coorporate Next!

I recently purchased a poster frame using Walgreens website. The pick up was from Westheimer and i did not like the frame one I opened hence decided to return at this location. Walgreens website states that you can return online orders to any store and you will get the credit back to your credit card. Front desk and the manager was reluctant to take the return and said they cannot do it and don't care about the policy. When i showed them Walgreens policy, they said this is not how this store operates. Lol as if they own the store. Worst people to have custody facing job. When the manger saw me talking to customer care she eventually decided to give it a try and it worked. Eventually she had to take the item but all of this took more than 30 minutes which should have a 5 min transaction. The people in this store are not trained and hardly care about the Customer experience. Worst Walgreens I have ever been to. There is CVS nearby which has way better service.

The staff here are not helpful and avoid eye contact with patrons. During this visit I asked for acetone nail polish remover and truly struggled finding it. The lady at the front told me it was in the back. If you notice the area to the left is empty. So that's why I was having a difficult time locating it. I avoid coming to this location if possible.

This place is run by a bunch of muppets. No one seems to give a crap about the customer, especially in the pharmacy where you could wait upwards of 30 minutes just to get your SCHEDULED shots. Everyone is either on the phone or working the drive-through window, and people waiting inside become invisible to them--horrendous customer service.

DO NOT CALL OR COME HERE!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. They don't answer their phones-so don't expect to call them and accomplish what you need. Today I needed to refill a prescription and didn't have the numbers. The automatic call denoter doesn't help and when it finally puts me through to the store, it just rings and rings. At first it's the stupid music that put on while you're on hold, then it will actually ring into the store after a certain amount of time. After being on hold for 25 minutes and 5 cycles of the stupid music and ringing, I decided to drive a few minutes to the store. The drive-through was quick THERE WAS NOBODY IN LINE and I told the pharmacist what prescription I needed to refill while I kept the line ringing. From behind the glass I saw the male pharmacist and when the tone started ringing into the store again I saw him walk over and turn the ringer back to putting me on hold! WTF!!!! He wasn't even helping anybody. Please use any other pharmacy if you intend to stay sane and don't ever expect them to pick up your phone call. Shame on you Walgreens.

Dropped off my my prescription and was told it would be ready at 5 pm. I told them I would come and get it the next morning. When I went, I was told it had to be ordered. Seriously!!

The pharmacy is the fckn worst!!!!!! HOW DO YOU "LOSE" SOMEONES PRESCRIPTION??? Every time you go there it's a 45 minute wait in the drive thru because they NEVER have they s*** together!!!! I literally HATE this location!
