Absolutely horrible customer service. I have 2 young kids and a horrible sinus infection. The pharmacy called me and said my medicine would be ready in 15. I even waited 40 mins to go. After waiting 20 mins in line they told me it would be ready in 30. This was at 7pm. I left sent my husband back and same thing. Can’t even get them on the phone. Will never use this pharmacy again

This feels like a mom and pop pharmacy. Everyone is so kind and helpful. The lead pharmacist Mr. Mohammad talked to me like we were old friends. Highly recommend.

Shopping at Walgreens store #03328 is a pleasant experience. The team there are kind and helpful. Also the store is very clean and organized. I've also come across some great sales. All of this keeps me going back to Walgreens.

This place has terrible customer service. I had various bad experiences here, from uninformed cancellations of my prescriptions to long wait for a scheduled vaccination. They barely had my prescriptions in stock and took weeks to get it while keeping informing me inaccurate meds arrival date. In terms of vax experience, after my kids and I were waiting for almost an hour, I was complaining about the wait time and the pharmacist Amanda told me to feel free to come to Randall's to get it if I could not wait longer and they needed to serve others walking in for Rx. I understand busy time and was willing to wait but it is unacceptable that they served many walk-in people before a scheduled appointment. The only person helpful and patient was the gentleman who helped with phone call about my prescription. The services here are not acceptable. I've transferred my prescriptions and it is way better. Avoid this place!

I have no issues with the Walgreens itself. The issues I have are with the pharmacy. Each time I call, I am placed on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes. I called recently, and after waiting on hold for 48 minutes, was hung up on. I needed my medication, and with no updates on the app, I called back. After another 45 minutes on hold, I was hung up on again. I have never encountered such a poorly managed pharmacy. Please do yourself a favor and take your medications elsewhere. I could've cured cancer in the amount of time these people have left me on hold.

The Walgreens has a hole is pretty good, However, the pharmacy specifically the Pharmacist or the lady in the white coat, goes out of her way to make it difficult for the customers, I got a notice that my medicine was ready, Two weeks ago and I went to pick it up and they said they didn't have it so I got another notice after I called and when I went to pick it up, it still Wasn't filled, When I asked The technician in blue why this happened He said he didn't have any control and proceeded to turn and look at her, I asked If it was somebody higher up that had control and he said yes. She then proceeded to look at us and laugh, i'm not sure if this is a typical practice for pharmacists or if this is just her, I wish I could say I caught her on a bad day but sadly this is every time, thank heaven it's only depression medication and not something dire.

Walgreens, You can do better! I never leave reviews, not at all bad ones but I hope this will be a wake up call for your service to serve customers better. Despite the fact that they never answer the calls, one guy screamed at me why I was insisting on needing my daughter’s medicine that night while giving them two hours to get it ready. Horrible service I hope you train your workers often to treat customers with respect and care just like you should.

No matter the time of the day, LONG LINES at the pharmacy and they dont seem to care. People, take your prescriptions somewhere else unless you want to spend your time lining up.

The pharmacy is absolutely terrible, specifically management/lead techs. I have a feeling it's one in particular. 99.9% of the time they don't answer the phone at all. And if they do, it will have been because you were on hold for 45min. There have been multiple times where I have driven up there after getting no answer on the phone and found not one person in the drive through or in line inside. They do not fill your medication by the promised time online, and do not keep you updated on the status of the medication. They refuse to fill medications without a legitimate reason. If they can't fill a medication before you run out they don't inform you in time in order for you to get the medication filled somewhere else. To simplify, they show a true lack of care toward their patients, and it doesn't matter how long you have been going there.

If there was a way to give a zero star!!! Obviously no one cares about the reviews at this pharmacy and their pour customer service. I had a simple question and called. The automated system could not find my prescription. They do not pick the phone. They literally hang up and keep it on hold expecting the customer to just give up waiting. Claiming to be so busy. Got there after being on hold for 45 minutes. I heard the phone ringing in the background no one bothers!!! The tech answered my questions because I walked to the counter. I asked him why he didn't pick up the phone. He said sorry would you like to put a complaint with the manager!!! No care no apology. Drove from my office here for the refill then now I need go home and come back in 45 min to pick it up!!!

Man to be honest the guy at the register was absolutely amazing friendly and good communication and great service i would definitely comeback here just because of his service
