Unfortunately, this is my neighborhood Walgreens, so I’m often forced to come here for same-day photos and everyday necessities. Otherwise, I go out of my way to visit other locations just to avoid the consistently poor service at this store.
Over the past year, every visit has been frustrating. The staff—from cashiers to supervisors—are consistently rude, unprofessional, and seem completely uninterested in helping customers. It's common to see long lines while multiple employees stand around chatting about their personal lives (dating, dinner plans, etc.), ignoring the people waiting to be helped.
There’s no greeting, no basic courtesy—just a sense that customers are a burden interrupting their social time. It’s incredibly disappointing. I don’t use the word lightly, but I genuinely hate coming to this location because I know it will put me in a bad mood every time.

Even though I live currently in New Braunfels and come back every 2 weeks, this will be my forever pharmacy! They have and always provided the upmost professional service. I've seen different face for the last 20 years or so but regardless of whos behind the counter they always do it with a smile!!!!
