If I could, 0 stars. Shift 8 pm Oct 13 2025, drive thru, 8 pm asked for medicine (ear drops), and staff asked for 20 min to get it ready, drive around and come back, wait another 25 minutes at the window for the medicine, the staff comes and goes at the window several time, no updates no comments no nothing, until after 50 min from the beginning waiting for a medice (ear drops) the “pharmacist” shows up saying he had to read to me the instructions, so I complained of course, no appologies, no nothing (do they pour drop by drop to the container? Is that why it takes 50 min?) Worst service ever, lack of care that this is even for a baby, if at least they bother to update why they leave you unattended you could understand as a client, but the fact that they dont even show empathy or care is even worst.

The worst service I have experienced for the a pharmacy. The pharmacist is the worst - we need to come back several times to get a prescription. I am not sure how you can deal you people important needs this way since this should not be managed as a clothing store. I am switching to CVS. Team lead should be more companionate….

Pharmacists + Team Member's are great!
I do believe some processes / procedures need optimization, to help aid in their efforts to deliver Rx's more efficiently to drive-thru customers. The wait time's are excessive to say the least, but I won't take ⭐ away because I know how hard the staff works.

One of the most dependable Walgreens pharmacies I’ve worked with especially their phone call handling when talking to them live. It’s unfortunate what’s happening to Walgreens as a whole right now, but you can tell this staff is doing their best and handles filling urgent immediate fills better than any other retail I’ve worked with in Houston so far when I call them. Something you will not get from the growing online pharmacies.

The pharmacy employees are insanely rude in this store. I waited 20 min outside (drive through) with the sick child and when I got to the window they put the lunch break sign. I went in and begged them to give me the medicine, both pharmacists ignored me and they didn’t care that my kid needed the meds. Shame on you all and I hope karma will get you all.

Worst pharmacist and technician . They denied to give me medicine knowing I had run out of medicine and I wa stacking and will be without medicine for a moth . The reason given by them was the prescription was not sent by doctor but practicing nurse . And they are not willing to call clocked to get this sorted out.

Have issues filling my prescription, checked with insurance and had confirmation, pharmacy app says insurance delay, and I don’t even get the option to pay out of pocket in the meantime while they are contacting insurance. Refill took nearly a week…

It’s almost comical how inept the pharmacists are at this location. I switched for. CVS here and it’s been nothing but difficult to get confirmation on vaccines. I will call and be told they do have a vaccine, then when I arrive they will say they don’t have it. It’s happened for the same vaccine twice. Maybe it’s best if they check their daily appointments and see what it is for and call the person to cancel before they arrive. Or maybe their pharmacists should know better before they answer the phone. Scary to think they manage life savings medicine for others…

One of the worst pharmacies I have ever been to. The drive thru is the absolute worse. You guys should open up the right lane for the people who don't want to wait in your long lines.

I wish I could give no stars. At first they say oh we don’t do Covid testing and a pharmacist said this to me oh but when I show my appointment they go oh ya we do Covid testing lol Just very unprofessional at this place and rude and they just act like they just work up. Don’t go here!!!

Wow. Ok. I see why all the bad reviews. Was thinking about changing my pharmacy so I called to ask a couple of questions. Sat on hold for 8 minutes with music playing (no big deal. I know. I'm not the only person.). The music stopped and I sat for another 5 minutes in complete silence before I got hung up on. Guess I'll still with my current pharmacy.
