Our Walgreen's location had the BEST and most efficient Manager and staff on the planet! About 2 weeks ago all of the staff was replaced! Now the Service is beyond TERRIBLE! The staff that works there are apathetic, feel like they are doing YOU a favor, and SLOW service. I have had to wait in line for OVER 20 minutes to pick-up a prescription! RIDICULOUS! What has become an excellent Pharmacy has now transcended into chaos and ill treatment to its customers! My advice? Take your script needs ELSEWHERE!

Just watched the Cashier deny this older lady her pack of cigarettes. The lady was clearly 50 with grey hair. Also the cashier knew her name because she was a regular. Lady walked up there with her grand daughter only to be turned around without her smokes. So you guys are gonna get 1 star for your horrible customer service

This Walgreens pharmacy has went from descent to horrible. The lady at the window was very rude and aggressive. She wouldn't allow me to ask a simple question before she cut me off and walked away.

We came here for my son to get his second dose of vaccine and our appointment was at 4:30. We were told to arrive at 4:15 and we did. Waited 15 minutes before someone even acknowledged us then finally provided us the paperwork to complete. Waited for the technician to checkout all the pharmacy customers before she saw us again. We were there for over an hour!

They answer there phones and leave you on hold for 20+ minutes and hang up on you.

Horrible customer service. Absolutely unacceptable, explicitly transphobic, and disrespectful. Please if you are trans and trying to refill a prescription for hormones or you're trying to get syringes, for your own sake do not come here. I have two brothers who take testosterone and they have only had issues trying with this location. Terrible people.

Very unhelpful and rude to transgender people. The other employees at this pharmacy were nice to me but the pharmacist is very rude. She was rude and condescending to me everytime I showed up for a refill on any medication, and was also rude to my mother when she was picking up medication for another transgender family member. The pharmacists seem to really have a problem with transgender customers. To confirm what another trans man said in another review, this pharmacist refused to refill my prescription for my hormones even though I was overdue for it. She also refused to transfer the prescription to another pharmacy, so I had to have my doctor's office call only for her to refuse again. The pharmacy also takes 10+ minutes to pick up the phone which is just flat out annoying. I've never had any pharmacy take so long just to pick up the phone.

I went to this location to buy syringes for my transgender son's testosterone since my usual friendly Walgreens was closed for the day. Everything was fine until the lady pharmacist asked me what was it for. When I said testosterone, her face completely change and she was very unhelpful. She even gave me the wrong syringe and when I ask her to show me the small size through the window, she refused. She told me to call my doctor (it was late) my ex is a doctor so she had to sell me the syringes. I thought she could be against Hispanics, because I'm Hispanic but then my son tried to fill his prescription for testosterone here and it was a nightmare! They even refused to transfer the prescription to a different Walgreens!!! They don't discriminate openly but they will say you doctor didn't send anything when he did. The doctor ended up calling a different location and she was shocked by their behavior. Again, they won't tell you it's because you are trans but they will make sure you don't order testosterone from them again.

The absolutely worse condition that I have ever seen in a Walgreens. I actually thought they were setting up for permanent closure when i first spotted a bare display. There was no one and no boxed merchandise ready to be hung. The floors were trashed out, looked like they needed to be swept. Several employees at the front of the store chatting. Manager needs to put them to work tidying up the store. I walked out without making a purchase. West Little York store just down the road recently closed. This one may be the next.

I've never been able to get my prescription from this pharmacy. They refuse to give me my testosterone as a transman. In a separate occasion they also failed to communicate with us about a different prescription for my significant other. Would not recommend you anyone, go down the street instead. Though i will say it's always the morning staff i have issues with.

I a have always enjoyed the local Walgreens. Walgreens has always been a great drug store and you can find practically any product or greeting card you need. The pharmacy is always very quick and always have the medicine in stock normally.
