I had a prescription sent to CVS down the street only to find out they didn't take my insurance. I called this walgreens at 10am to have them transfer the prescription here. The lady took down my info and the number for the cvs and said she would have it transferred. I went to the drive thru 30min later and they still hadn't transferred it, saying they were still on the phone with cvs and it should only be a couple hours to fill once they have it. I waited until 3pm to call to find out that they still hadn't transferred it. I called the walgreens on 529 and huffmeister and they had it done in less than an hour.I work 2nd shift and picked this location because they are 24 hrs and I wanted to get my meds after I got off work at 11pm, but due to their laziness I had to wait until the next day to get it. It's a good thing these weren't needed urgently! Avoid this place, they don't give a damn about helping you or your health!

Horrible customer service! I think their EBT ran out or the government assistance program ran out of funds but these people don't want to work and are taking up space! Quit your job and go do something you love or at least like..

The lady working told us 4-5 minutes. Made us wait for a full 60 minutes in drive through. So upsetting as our son isn't well. Please tell customers the exact time.

Took a late night prescription to get filled. Provided her my insurance card and made sure they could fill it and within network. The girl working the front in-store said yes to both but it'd be ready by 11:50pm (I came at 9pm). Decided I'll wait since I didn't want to make the drive back out and to top it off I was in severe pain. Went through the drive thru at 11:30-ish just to check in. Drive-thru pharmacist informed me insurance didn't cover it... Extremely upset that I just waited over an hour for nothing... asked why no one notified me? Ran up to CVS up the street instead. They filled my prescription within 10 minutes for me.

Waited on the phone and spoke to a lady who said he name was “Margo”. Tried to get assistance with having my prescription filled that I received a notification that it was out of stock and listed the number to call. After waiting several minutes I attempted to see what my options were or what I could do like picking up from another Walgreens store that may have the medication in stock. I asked if she knew when they’d be getting it back in stock and she seemed to have a rude tone and said she couldn’t give me the information. All I was trying to do was get the medications for the prescription that was sent to their store which was “out-of-stock” or know when I could expect for my medications to be filled.

Good quick service. Very polite and helpful explained how the medication works. Happy with my service.
