The manager feels inclined to hold onto the mailbox keys and no one else. So I, a customer who ordered items online for her business, now can't get them until this woman is scheduled to work (if she shows up for her shift) and so I just dont get my things until the day she shows up

They never answer their phones. And when you go there you find out they don't have your medication because there are complications, but they never call you.

Please stop hanging up on me. This is my third time calling the pharmacy THIS AFTERNOON. I wait on hold for 40-50 minutes. Someone picks up, says “okay hold on a second” then they put me on hold and then hang up on me. Then when I call back I go right back to the bottom of the list.
Is the hold button REALLY that hard?

I was very sad when my former Walgreens on Jones Road closed.
Now, I am afraid this Walgreen’s is not going to make it. Sadly, the supply location near Dallas is not prompt in sending the medications for refills.

Terrible service. Came to pick up script that was called in two days prior. Prescription was not ready; was told to come back in 30 minutes. Came back the next day and script still not ready.

I work at a provider’s office. It is almost impossible to get in contact with this pharmacy via phone. Long hold times, being hung up on, etc.

Literally I have trouble with this location. If I want an item on sale it’s never in stock. If it’s a money purchase then it’s we don’t have change. Literally an issue every time I come. I then drive another 4 miles to another location and problem solved. Perhaps corrective measures such as more attention to ordering and ensuring availability of sale items and ensuring that cash transactions are available to customers.

I took my mom to this location to pick up her meds, and at 9:30 in the morning the doors were locked and the drive thru windows was closed because the speaker was not working. So, we were not able to pick up her meds even though the store should be open at 7:00 and the pharmacy at 9:00. I drove my mom home and she called the pharmacy. First they told her that the doors were open even though there were several other people that could not access the store at the same time we went. Then they said they could not ship her meds to her home without charging a fee. This is the worst customer experience that I have witnessed in a while. IF YOU CHOOSE TO DO BUSINESS HERE BEWARE OF AUDREY. She was rude and dismissive of my mom while refusing to make any kind of accommodation to fix their store's problem.
