If I could give zero stars I would. I had an appointment for 315 for two vaccines, the pharmacist was very nonresponsive, they had a new lady that tried her best to help me. No one would help her customer service is very lackluster and this is not a Walgreens I will be visiting in the future.

Says they close at 10pm but they closed everything 5 minutes before time. Needed to get my sons medicine and raced to get there after my job made me clock out and close at exactly 9pm (not 8:55) only to see that the staff at this location is not up to open/close time standard listed online and their front door. People need to be fired for this. Walgreens is way too big of a company to be letting this slide.

The Walgreens on hwy 249 @ veterans memorial Dr in North Houston, extremely wasteful of customers time, inefficient Pharmacy, n it's rude staff does not care...I made 3 trips in 2 days, and still medicine not there, false promises, even it cost me $15 in gas n 3 hours wasted time...HEB pharmacy gets it done in less than 2 minutes... that's why Walgreens stores are closing....

Pharmacy window is broken. This location needs an update and a serious upgrade. Every time I visit, I have to come inside to pick up my prescriptions. There are so many elderly and sick people waiting in the small pharmacy area. It’s terrible. The Walgreens corporation needs to resolve the drive thru issue with the phone and window IMMEDIATELY! If this was a high income area, this would have been fixed a long time ago.

They are super slow and have a very bad attitude I don't know if because I'm Hispanic, I presented my resident alien card and then my password and they kept asking for my driver lincence they made me a charge that because I was angry I didn't check my nonsense but I really have this pharmacy for 7 years and I always justify the lack of good administration because it was convenient but this time I had enough the boos lady regan ando al employee not directing by putting it in evidence lack of knowledge of the documents I 'm sorry this time if they 've already passed .

The pharmacist are very rude and inconsiderate. It’s hard to speak to someone considering how long they leave you on hold. They pick up the phone and put you right on hold without giving you any kind of update or simply they just hang up the call. This is the last time I will be having my medication sent to this location.
