I’ve been using Walgreens pharmacy for a while now, and overall, I’ve had a positive experience. The staff is generally friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful when answering questions about prescriptions or over-the-counter options. They always take the time to explain things clearly, which I really appreciate.
Refills are usually ready on time, and I like that I can manage everything easily through the Walgreens app. It’s convenient to get updates, set reminders, and even schedule vaccinations right from my phone. The drive-thru is a nice bonus when I’m in a hurry or don’t want to go inside.
The only downside I’ve noticed is that sometimes the wait can be a bit long during peak hours, especially in the evenings or right after work. But other than that, they’ve been reliable and professional every time.
If you're looking for a pharmacy that balances convenience with solid customer service, Walgreens is a dependable choice.

Hobos outside of this Walgreens make it very difficult for me to visit this location. My life and family's life was threatened by a Hobo standing right outside the entrance. They need to frequently check the entrance and call the police on anyone loitering.

this location has the worst customer service ever. people are straight up racist and mean in every possible way! They didn’t even greet me or at least said thank you, no manners at all!!

Shout out to Eric and the Walgreens pharmacy! I’d been sick with a migraine and vomiting all day. He was able to get all my info, get my prescription filled, and get it set up for DoorDash delivery over the phone. I was ready to pay the exorbitant price but he even handled processing my insurance, saving me >$250. Normally when someone at a pharmacy says they’ll call you back I think “ yeah, right”. But he did! This was a great experience, and I will use this Pharmacy whenever I’m in Houston now!. Talk about top notch customer service.

I read some of these reviews and only went to the store because it was the closest option. To my surprise the place was nothing like I read online. The passport service was extremely easy. The young man helping went beyond and above helping me attach the photo to my application.The cashier was very professional. I normally never write reviews but after my experience this morning I was inspired to share.

The pharmacy manager on duty today 10/22/24 is was rude and unprofessional. I have picked up my prescription from this location the past two months. Because it’s closest to my job. My address had never been in an issue before. Especially when creating my new profile. After patiently waiting two weeks for my medication. Which I never received.The manager calls me to tell me I need to go to a pharmacy close to my house. And she had no record of me ever being a customer. The worst customer service I’ve received.

Hobos hang out outside the store and harass you on the way in/out. Saw a hobo walk in and steal stuff and walk out, staff saw and didn't say/do anything, Houston's on the fast track to LA levels of crime it seems.

Worst pharmacy ever!! Came here at 11am. Told me there was going to be a wait because they had so many vaccines. Said ok I’ll wait outside don’t feel good to go home and come back, I’ll wait in my car. I get A text at 1:26pm that prescriptions are ready go in 4 minutes later, was parked in the back waiting. The young black guy immediately says man we are close. I said I’ve been waiting over 2 hours. He makes a face and says ok but damn the rudeness and he was so unprofessional and just mad as he was giving me my prescriptions. If you don’t like your job then quit. Dont take it out on people that come here because they are sick! Never coming here again!

This store was a shadow of what it was 5 years ago. 50% of the store is locked behind plastic cases, and when you call for assistance it repeats the call for an associate 5+ times until someone shows up. Shelves empty with no stock, not the case at CVS. Pharmacy staff keeps cancelling some of my Rx for no reason and I'm finding having to call and resolve when I'm down to almost nothing. Re-thinking if this will be my go-to pharmacy.

I purchase $80 of stuff in store. Employee on the floor is very rude couldn’t come and open the restroom door because she to busy on her phone. So she say there out of order never coming here again they have some sorry customer service. I see why they only have 2 starts they suck here.
