Very strange interaction with an older lady who checked me out. Before even saying a simple greeting, she kept stressing to me that she only had big bags. She said it at least 3 times. Not very sure why it was such a huge deal. I had two items but regardless I still needed to buy them no matter what size bags that were available… I also told her good morning and she completely ignored me. Will not be returning for sure.

They must be really underpaid and unhappy there was always a problem getting my wife’s medication, not ready or bad attitude and I said was because finally I got her to change her prescription to Walmart pharmacy in Yale street which they’re always helpful and empathetic

Pedro the cashier greets and says hi to the white customers who walk in only. While checking out I said hello and goodbye but he only stared at me before continuing to check out.

Not sure why abject disrespect is acceptable from some pharmacy employees for simply arriving to pick up a prescription from a new doctor. Don't even think about wanting to clarify any information if this particular man decides to "help" you. Hilariously, asked if I had any questions after I paid when he acted like a indolent child when I tried to ask questions up front. Other people confirmed the same disrespect from the same individual—how is this OK? Strongly considering switching pharmacies after this experience.

Went today 2/15/25 @ ~3:30 to pick up the rest of a partial refill. I was told by the woman working the drive thru that i couldnt pick up the rest of my medication and would need the dr. To send another prescription which i find odd since it was already partially filled.
I then asked if they could order enough medication so i dont have to get a partial refill everytime and the woman told me "no."
I've been to many other pharmacies, including other walgreens they never had an issue filling my complete prescription so i know the woman working the drive thru was lying.

Don't let the girl at the cashier confuse you and double your bill. And make sure you take the receipt because she won't give it to you and thinks the customer is an idiot.

They do not comply with opening hours. I arrived yesterday, 01/12/2024, with 4 minutes left before opening hours and they already had everything closed. The workers were inside along with the manager and they laughed at me despite seeing me. Then I complained that they closed early and ignored me.

The employees here sent me to a 24 hour Walgreen at another location even though I was notified that prescription was ready at this location. They claimed they didn’t have my prescription in the system even though I was notified it was ready. It was 15mins to closing, they seemed like they just didn’t want to work anymore. I called the 24 hour Walgreen and the man that picked up just laughed when I told him what happened because he said he could clearer see the prescription in the system for that location on 950 Studemont. Luckily this employee was very helpful and helped me get my prescription right away at the 24 hour location on buffalo speedway. Still had to drive over there and wait 25mins in line. It’s very unprofessional what they’re doing at this location, if working hours are until 8pm you should be working until that time not sending customers away to another location.

Gotten 3 things of soda from here. All the sodas in the coolers are expired n dating back to July! N even the ones on the shelf! Ik yall don’t gaf! But no one has money to waste on be! Every time u open on its flat.

If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. Every time I go to pick up my prescription they ask me for my insurance again. they failed to enter my secondary yet told me they were filing so I was paying hundreds of dollars for a medication that shouldn’t have cost me anything. The staff is unbothered. Save yourself some trouble and find a different pharmacy.
