To the black female pharmacist working Thursday march 7th at 8PM, GO F**K YOURSELF! Unbelievably unprofessional "woman". I show up at 7:55 and see there is a line in the drive thru so I decide to go inside to pharmacy. To my surprise the pharmacy is already closed indoors and that it is drive thru only. I get back in my car and sit in the drive thru line until I show up at the window. Nobody comes to the window for 5 minutes until I honked (I know she saw me sitting there- again how unprofessional). She finally comes up and tells me that the pharmacy closed at 8. I said okay fine well I was in line. She tells me it closes at 8. I said "your website says 9PM and I just watched you serve the car in front of me" she still says no to which I say "unbelievable." That was all I said until she started cussing me out. Walgreens you need to fire this "woman" as she is a disgrace to your company. Can't believe she has a job with a nasty attitude like that. No wonder she was wearing a mask- probably so ugly under there

To the "pharm tech" black guy with short dreads you need to work on your attitude. I don't care if you're standing in express pick up or not, when a customer walks up to you, you pay attention to them even if they're not there to pick up. You're a Walgreens worker, not just some idiot that hands out medications, anybody can do that. If someone asks where something is, at least act like you care. Most people coming into pharmacies have health issues and you need to be mindful of that. Just because you were a med/nursing school dropout doesn't mean you should be an a**hole to customers

The pharmacy employees regularly give out incomplete or wrong information. They told me they couldn't fill my prescription because the medication wasn't in. I called daily to check for when it was in. Once it was in they told me I'd need my doctor to add a note explaining why my prescription was coming in early. Once the note came in they told me my insurance wouldn't cover it because it was too early. Once I said that was fine they said they'd fill it. Then they called me back an hour later saying they can't fill it because it's early. So I've wasted over a week and daily calls to get told what I should have been told on my first call to the pharmacy. I should have moved to the target pharmacy on Shearn sooner.

I wish I can give them a 0, the pharmacy will say one they have the order but when you go they don't have it.

I have had entirely two different experiences picking up my medications with the pharmacy technicians. The fat black man technician was a complete moron, but the slim black tech at the drive true was so nice, professional and was willing to assist me as much as he could.

Was helped by the lovely Lady with red hair. Believe her name starts with a T. She absolutely took great measures in helping me find what I needed. And better yet, she let me inside at 9:56 … Such a sweetheart !! Walgreens has shifted the place around in just a matter of weeks!

Items are NEVER in stock. Something as simple as a Sprite... not a single bottle to be found. Need a pint of milk, maybe some tortilla chips, or simple over the counter allergy medicine? Well don't come here. Cooler doors are always janky and broken, so you have to open each one up to even see what's inside. But then realize nothing is inside of it, bc they don't keep anything in stock. The location is the only positive to this store.

Ok I’m officially done with this pharmacy! I’ve lived nearby for 7 years and it’s always been a convenient location but I’ve noticed a very poor decline in the pharmacy management lately. Another customer lost! The prescriptions are never available on time and even when delayed they make no effort to fill them either at that location or make accommodations for you at another Walgreens. I’m in the middle of IVF and any ladies out there going through this knows the stress that already comes with the meticulous drug regimen schedule. You can’t add additional stress because of a pharmacy’s incompetence. The last straw was today. After explaining last week that a prescription was coming up for renewal and it wasn’t available they assured they would have it in stock by submitting a request for it days in advance. I come in to pick it up and it’s not available! It was NEVER requested!! The pharmacist doesn’t care, doesn’t try and help me contact another store telling me it will take them too long and they can’t give me a timeframe. I ended up driving around town to different Walgreens trying to get it filled, having to take away from my job hours. These medicines are critical to prevent a miscarriage in the early stages of pregnancy. These treatments are expensive, strenuous on the body, mentally and emotionally taxing, and having to break down at your pharmacy and praying that their incompetence doesn’t cause a loss in your ivf cycle or a miscarriage is too much to take. They are a liability and as a pharmacy your only job is to handle your client’s MEDICINE. You have ONE job! And you can’t do it. Go elsewhere and save your sanity and your health!! I’m so disappointed in them.

Horrible. Pharmacy can’t even answer the phone and say anything. Not a word. Puts you on hold forever. I will look elsewhere for my prescription.

The pharmacy's customer service is terrible. The reviews speak for themselves. These people give misinformation and literally do not care how they're inconveniencing their customers.

Horrible customer service. The pharmacy staff was extremely rude and argumentative and aggressive. No reason picking up a prescription should ever turn into a verbal attack.

Scheduled 9:30am appt to get a shot, nurse doesn't even show up until 10:00am. Had to reschedule appointment. If your nurse isn't coming in until a certain time, try not having time slots open before that for customers to book. Very unprofessional.

Went to give it a shot again tonight at this location. It was exactly as expected. Item on app is no where to be found and felt like pulling teeth asking for help. They just call on the PA and takes 10 minutes for them to come by. And when they do they just say it's whatever is on the floor and starts to walk away on their phone. Avoid this unless you absolutely have to go here to a drugstore. People there don't care and when you ask them for help there's a reluctance to help and an attitude that is so unprofessional.
