The Employee’s here don’t greet you when you come in, they all look like they can’t be bothered and don’t wanna be there. They are also quick to profile you for wearing a Jacket in the Cold weather. I’ve never walked into a Walgreens where an empty store doesn’t even acknowledge their Customers and profile them when they walk through the Doors.This place is a joke! ???

This is the most incompetent pharmacy I’ve used. They didn’t fill prescriptions when my doctor called them in. He had to call them in twice. There is always a problem. I went for a scheduled COVID vaccine and when I arrived, they told me they had none available. I changed pharmacy from insistence of my doctor.

The pharmacist refuses to fill any of my prescriptions that are not covered by my Medicare part D unless he talks to my provider. I’ve reported him to Medicare they say he can’t do that.

I confirm my appt with the Walgreens website online for 4 vaccinations (Covid, flu, pneumonia, and RSV), at my local Walgreens at 3:40pm on 8/14/23. 3:15 pm - I arrive (25 minutes early) and confirm my appt with the clerk. I am the only one there for vaccinations. The clerk then tells me they do not have the RSV vaccine! I ask why, if it was confirmed online and by email? She does not know. 3:40 pm - 25 minutes later, at my appt time, the clerk tells me I have a form to complete. She tells me it will come by email. 3:55 pm - The email has not arrived. I give her another email address to try and sends it to this second email address. It too never arrives. 4:00 pm - She asks for my ID and insurance. 4:05 pm - She finally prints out the form for me to complete. She tells me I only need to enter the vaccines I am to receive and then sign and date. She doesn't notice that the form is in Spanish! (I don't read Spanish.) I complete the form as instructed. She returns it to me and tells me I must complete the entire form which is full of personal and medical questions. I point out to her that the form is in Spanish and I don't read Spanish. I hand her the form and she goes to the back again. 4:20 pm - She finally comes back and hands me the form again to complete! This time it's in English. At this point, I've been at this Walgreens for over an hour, and they are no closer to being ready to give me my vaccinations than when I arrived. (During this entire time, no one else has received a vaccination either!) I've had enough, tell her so, and leave. (I will never go to Walgreens for a prescription or a vaccination again if I can avoid it.)

This store has the worst customer service I ever had in any other Walgreens. Placed a store pickup order poster order online and received a notification email to inform that the order was ready to pick up yesterday. However, when I went to the store today, it turned out that they printed the portrait poster in landscape layout on the wrong material. The poster is cut off on the top and has some blank space on the left.I had to wait 40 minutes for them to fix the issue. I do understand that everyone makes mistakes, and it is normal when you have new employees. The problem is during the whole 40-minute waiting time, none of the employees apologized to me.The first lady only tried hard to make me believe it was my own fault, stating that it's no way for them to print the poster as the preview showing online (portrait). So what is the purpose of the online preview?The second lady seemed to know what happened. I could see my poster showing exactly the same as my online preview (portrait) on their computer while she searched my order in the system. She asked me to place the same order again so she could reprint the poster correctly. After I placed the second order, she worked on their computer and left while ignoring I was waiting at the counter for her updates.Later the first lady came back and started to assist other customers, ignoring that I was waiting there for 30+ minutes because of their mistake. I had to ask again for assistance while I was only 1-2 steps away from them the whole time.The employees here lack basic understanding and training in customer service. Store manager, please educate your employees to apologize to customers when they did something wrong. It is not right to try to blame their own mistakes on customers and treat them like this.The store itself is very neat and organized, but unfortunately the employees' attitude makes me not interested in shopping here.

No cold ginger ale. If you are a pharmacy you need to have ginger ale. It is critical to the healing process. Despite Walgreens hating woman's health care apparently they also hate cold ginger ale. I had to settle for 7up which is insane. If you keep one thing stocked all the time Walgreens if it's not going to be the abortion pill it should at least be ginger ale.

I ordered a set of photos on line. Went to the W. Gray Walgreens to pick up the photos. 5 people in line and 1 cashier!! Returned today and again a line of customers and 1 cashier. I asked cashier to call for some help. Yep, I KAREN -ED it up!! No one came to help the cashier. Horrible service, long waits. No help.

Waited on hold for 20 minutes only for them to hang up on me. I wanted to check the status of my daughters prescription. So i had to drive her up there and check with her throwing up all over herself, only to find out they don’t have it. So save yourself and find somewhere else to fill your prescriptions.

Avoid this location. Took them 4 hours to get my prescription of amoxicillin ready.Update: I was in a hurry for my kids medicine, and they told me that it was in stock after I checked. Turns out that was wrong and now I’m a day behind my daughters meds that could’ve been avoided if they weren’t dishonest.
