Horrible wait times in the drive through, terrible hours, and they take forever to refill prescriptions. Find another pharmacy this one doesn't take your time seriously.

Went in late this morning (10/30/2024) around 11, and although I appreciate all their efforts to try and get the passport photo…an unwarranted question was made by one of the associates. I posed my son for multiple takes. They use old cameras for passport photos, so by the time the shot was taken he’d move, causing a blurry photo. We were at it for over 20 minutes. Gave my son a break then another associate in the red shirt from the front counter came over attempting to help take the shot and she asks “Is he autistic, is that why he won’t stay still” , absolutely uncalled for. We say no. She saw nothing wrong with her question! No apology. I should’ve just walked out and went onto the next store. Don’t take your you d children for passport photos to Walgreens, they use old cameras, and aren’t properly trained to have the capacity for kids who can’t stay still for longer than 3 seconds. My son isn’t autistic, but even if he was, it was not a reasonable question to ask. We ended up taking a decent enough photo on my phone for them to print 30 minutes after their initial attempts.

You’ll waste half an hour here searching among the chaotic disorganization only to find out that they don’t sell what you’re looking for. (Tongue depressors…At a pharmacy store. )

These people are terrible when it comes to restocking beer and bottled juices in the fridge. Come on guys it's football season now, some of us would like to buy their favorite beverage without having to keep reminding the staff that you need to restock the product again.

I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience with Kyla/Kylie, (apologies if spelled incorrectly), at Walgreens. When I called in to inquire about my prescription, Kyla was incredibly helpful. She immediately checked if there was a generic version of my medication, and even though I was already on the generic version, she found a way to reduce my prescription cost by $19.
Her assistance over the phone was seamless and kind-hearted. Nowadays, it's rare to find people who go the extra mile to help others, but Kyla did just that. Her effort not only helped me financially but also restored some of my faith in customer service.
Thank you, Kyla, for your stellar service. May God bless you and may others have similar compassionate interactions, especially in times of need.

I absolutely love this Walgreens. The store and the pharmacy are very well organized! The pharmacy staff and the store staff are always extremely nice and helpful. I have never once had a bad experience at this store! LOVE IT.

The closest Walgreens to my work. My only complaint is that they open at 8 am and they used to open earlier. I used to be able to stop before work but now not so much. Easy access to store both ways on Shepherd and Durham.

This is specifically toward the pharmacy staff- all I have to do to get rid of you is transfer my script to another pharmacy, you always have to live with yourselves and DAMN that's punishment. Enjoy being miserable.
