This is specifically toward the pharmacy staff- all I have to do to get rid of you is transfer my script to another pharmacy, you always have to live with yourselves and DAMN that's punishment. Enjoy being miserable.

I ordered Christmas cards from this location which historically has been really easy to do (at other Walgreens locations). When I went to pick them up, they were printed upside down (they were front and back and the back was printed the opposite way). I took the cards back into the store to show the associate and she stated there was nothing they could do because that’s how it was submitted (the Walgreens logo was also upside down so that couldn’t have been the case). She stated multiple times there wasn’t anything she could do and didn’t really offer any solutions. Finally, she asked if I could resubmit the order (had to recreate the card / add photos / text, etc. while in the store. This seemed to work and I’m thinking she’s going to reprint them right then since this was a mistake on Walgreens part, however, they continued to print all the orders that came after mine instead. I waited over 30 minutes in this Walgreens to get my Christmas cards and was offered no apology. They also didn’t include envelopes and I had to go back and ask for them.Fast forward to the next day, I ordered two 4x6 photos. That’s it. I went into the store and they couldn’t find my order. I waited 10 minutes for 2 photos that they already texted me to say they were ready.I’ve never had so many issues with photos at a Walgreens. It’s unfortunate because this is the closest location to me but I’ll have to go somewhere else next time.

Pharmacy staff was rude. 15 min late for my vaccine appnt although i came 5 min early. Go somewhere else for vaccines or purchases. Too many options to go here.

The pharmacy tech staff is just some kids who don’t care about their job. Here’s why I say that:1.) I’ve been mistakenly given 2 sleeping pills within an anxiety pill bottle. This is technically a lawsuit, but I digress. I let the pharmacist know about the issue and if anything is done about it. No updates2.) I’m enrolled in text message updates and still don’t receive updates on my meds until I pull up to the pharmacy. Don’t bother calling, you’ll be out on hold for forever.3.) Not helpful. When my medication wasn’t in stock, not only did they not tell me, when I pulled up she told me to “shop around” and call the Walgreens in the houston area to see which ones have my medication. Isn’t this part of their job? But here they are sending me off to do it for them—last minute too when I need the medication asap. Whoever is in management here needs to hire all new staff. I’m sure there’s plenty of other college kids who would love pharm tech experience. Tech Staff incompetence is making it hard for customers to get the required medications they need. Every month is a struggle here at this location And I’ve never been happier to move and be closer to a better Walgreens.

Terrible customer service. Was put on hold for 20 minutes, phone call was dropped (hung up on) 3 times. Attempted to reach out to store and pharmacy. When I called the store at 6:51pm, they notified me the pharmacy was "closing" and that they could not be reached. As soon as I told them it was an emergency and needed prescription status they then hung up on me again. Pathetic customer service.

The pharmacy was very busy but everyone was very kind and obviously doing their best. I lost my voice and couldn't find the right insurance card but everyone was so kind and helpful

If I could give no star I would. This Walgreens pharmacy is the worst. The pharmacy staffs here are terrible and rude!! They put in the system I picked up my medicine when I didn't!! They can't find record of payment for it but yet still claim I picked it up!! Who runs this pharmacy? When my insurance company called to Audit the claim they filed (for medication I didn't get) and asked to speak to a pharmacy manager it was transferred to another line and someone hung up on her. Beware!!!!

Horrible pharmacy staff. Finally found my prescription in stock, had a request sent by my doctor, and was denied my medication because "I'm not a regular patient at this Walgreens location" and she was saving it for her "regular patients". I have never heard of a community pharmacy selecting whom they dispense medication to. The pharmacist on staff today is completely unethical and will be reported to her licensing board.

The store is nice, but the pharmacy is questionable. I called today asking about a hard to find medication and was told I couldn't have it since I haven't gotten a prescription from them in 5 months. I'm not sure if this is legal, but it certainly isn't ethical. Obviously the pharmacists here don't care about people if they refuse to fill a prescription for a patient in need. Really sketchy pharmacy practice.

Well, pharmacy is closed ALL DAY because ONE pharmacist didn’t come in. Hmm. As a global brand, you would think they would have a second pharmacist on hand? Someone on call?? But, no. Not at Shepherd/Durham. They simply just close entirely because there is only one, apparently. For people that need their meds, this is despicable and unacceptable. Do better Walgreens. Do better.

Came for a vaccination appointment. Arrived 10 minutes early and was eventually told to get in line with medicine pick up. The line was insane and the appointment was pointless. Come here if you want to waste time. There are quite a few drugs stores nearby. Please consider the alternative.

I have to share my disappointment. I have been using this location since my move to Houston a year ago. The pharmacy customer service has greatly declined. I have a refill of the same medications monthly, yet over the past 4 months it has taken an additional week to fill one portion due to being out of stock. As of last month it was 2 weeks and in speaking to 4 different pharmacy employees only 1, just 1, gave alternatives to me managing my side affects of being without medication. Come around to this month's refill, which I go to the Dr., the prescription is sent in, and I'm told I am now unable to refill last mo this late refill until the 16th. Not bc of insurance, but bc they have set a new date i can retrieve due of their inability to fill the previous month. So now I get to pick up one medication on the 5th of each month and another on the 16th bc they can't properly stock based off of repeat customers. And when I shared this is very inconvenient and not at all my fault the pharmacy tech just looked back at me with a blank stare.
